04/10/2025: It couldn't get any worse. A place that calling itself a "restaurant" is an insult to the very concept of dining. Service: Nonexistent. Endless waits, apathetic staff who seemed to have been thrown straight from an after-hours club at 7 a.m., lacking energy and desire. Zero professionalism, zero courtesy. Ambience: Squalid and neglected. Sticky tables, dirty floors, and—the icing on the cake—flies everywhere. They would circle around you as you tried to eat, landing on your glass and plate as if you were an intruder in their natural habitat. A disgusting scene. Food: Embarrassing. Poorly priced, tasteless, carelessly put together dishes. More than a meal, it felt like a punishment. Price: Excessive for what they offer. You don't pay to eat; you pay to get angry and feel cheated.

22/10/2025: Wife and I came here while in Florence for a week and this was by far the worst meal I had. We pad 660 euro for the 10 course tasting menu and annoyingly was pitched an upgrade for caviar which happen to be the best part of the meal. To start we walk in and the host who barely could hear as he whispered sat us at our table. We then sat there for about 5 mins then they ask us to go to the bar which you have to go outside and in another door to get 3 drinks that were mediocre at best. Finally after sweating at the bar lounge that take us back outside and sit us at our table again. Then proceeded to sale pitch us caviar which I expected to be apart of the experience at 215 per person. We agree without regret as it was the what part of this experience.we even meet the Chef and he was there for the first dish to come out. The entire meal we were literally sweating because the restaurant was so hot that we were using our water glasses to cool us down . We then get served our first dish. Was a solid 7.5 out 10. Well following that not a single thing was good. Literally every dish was disappointing and nothing went together. We couldn’t hear a single thing they told us about the dishes so after 3 dishes and asking them to repeat themselves we gave up and just took it as is. The waiters literally whispered to you . They were all nice and polite but it drove us crazy. So anyways we keep getting dishes and nit a single thing was what you expected from a Michelin star restaurant. One dish still stands out and not in a good way it was 3 pastas with a mussel on top of each. Absolutely terrible. The mussels were dry and rubbery. I couldn’t even eat em. I spit the one I ate out and let the servers take it. When I told em how I felt they argued and seemed annoyed . And my wife felt exactly the same about the dish . 0-10. Got few more dishes that I can’t remember that’s how little awe they gave to arrive to the final dish. A horrible cut of steak that had fat that wasn’t edible on it and no flavor. Was extremely chewy. Not what you’d expect. We didn’t finish this dish either . The entire experience was such a let down as this was our fist Michelin star dinner and nothing was good. The united flights food stood out more than any dish we received. My wife emailed them and pretty much was told that our opinion doesn’t matter. I won’t ever recommend a single person here and would love to be refunded if possible. This was the worst food we had in our entire 9 days in Italy without a doubt . The restaurant was beautiful and being able to watch the cooks was awesome but the food itself was the biggest let down I’ve ever experienced in a high quality restaurant.

20/10/2025: I'm giving 5 just for the service! It was perfect. Politeness at its best. The food was good but not to die for. The pasta with mussels and the red mullet were very normal dishes to consider starred. To say that I didn't like them. The desserts at the end weren't that great and the late they served at the end was ugly in my opinion 🙂 And the thing I didn't like was the smell of the cooking that was in the room 🤨. But you can say experience with 800 euros for a couple with two children. And a pasta with tomato sauce 60 euros 🤓 bye, goodbye!

05/10/2025: Tried this place because of the reviews wanted something more local not so touristy but found they may want that too. Did not find they had the patience to deal with tourist, maybe if you are more fluent in Italian you may have a better experience. The coffee, pastries and fruit cups were good the ambience not so welcoming.

30/10/2025: 10/10 for overall food and service. This place was recommended to us and we are so glad we went. The owner was t very personable and made sure we were taken care of. The food was insane and something we will be talking about forever. The black ravioli pasta dish was unreal. The bruschetta was so fresh and delicious. You will not be disappointed if you come here!

26/10/2025: It was a great experience. I ordered steak and fried seafood for the main course. Honestly, the portion of fried seafood didn't seem huge, but I was so full after savoring each ingredient that I was quickly full. It was truly delicious. It felt like eating at a beach or a seafood restaurant, and perhaps even better. I felt like I was being treated with the utmost respect. The steak was also delicious. They asked me how I wanted it done, so I ordered it rare, which was perfect! The potatoes that came with it were topped with rosemary, which gave it a nice aroma. The potatoes had just the right amount of fat, making it incredibly delicious. We sat on the outdoor terrace. Unfortunately, it was rainy and not a clear day, but the view was still beautiful. It was even better because it was a bit further from the busy Ponte Vecchio. It was a great place to dine while watching the sunset. Of course, the interior was also beautiful. It was very stylish. The staff was friendly. They were attentive to each guest and even shared pleasant conversations. They even helped adjust the temperature and distance of the heater next to us, and later, they even quietly brought us a blanket. They were so kind and welcoming. I want to make a lot of money and come here every day

26/10/2025: A wonderful experience. We stayed in the tower suite, which was fantastic. The castle is spacious and well-maintained, and the prices are absolutely fair. Plus, there's a good restaurant. Stop here for a night if you're in the province of Arezzo.

03/10/2025: Fabulous APERITIF on Fridays! Excellent quality food, plentiful, and so much variety... I can't wait to go back! I forgot about the amazing desserts... 😋

14/10/2025: The house, the apartments, the garden with its swimming pool are very beautiful and very well maintained. You can tell that they have put a lot of love and taste into the decoration of the rooms. Francesca and her family are charming and excellent hosts. Always willing to help you and suggest places to visit. Francesca is also an excellent cook. We really enjoyed our one-week stay this September 2025

08/10/2025: Wonderful Rooms, nice and quiet surroundings. The peace and nature is just wonderful! We hoped to do more activities and were disappointed because they were not possible or the infos came at the last moment. And if you give a feedback there is a long list of justification why its not possible and your fault, not cool 🙈

14/09/2025: My favorite bar in Camaiore. The terrace is great. Whether for a coffee or an aperitivo, Emanuele and his family welcome you like family...
