03/11/2024: A parte i tempi di attesa terribili al drive in le patate fritte (non ci sono altre opzioni) sono poco cotte e di cattivo sapore...dopo 3 sere diverse forse non è un caso

29/08/2024: ho ordinato 6 mcpops da deliveroo ma me ne sono arrivati solo metà e deliveroo mi rifiuta il rimborso nonostante tutte le foto e evidenze. Ho telefonato al locale subito dopo e la responsabile Cristina mi conferma che c'è stato un errore ma ancora,deliveroo si rifiuta immotivatamente di rimborsarmi ciò che non ho ricevuto

02/12/2023: il cibo era ottimo, ma dopo un po di tempo dal inizio della cena molte delle ordinazioni anche dopo ore non arrivavano, ho provato a riferire il problema ai camerieri due o tre volte ma hanno continuato a dire che stava arrivando, senza che arrivasse effettivamente niente.

29/06/2024: La pasticceria è una delle migliori in zona ,peccato che per i biscotti non sia la stessa cosa ,se hai la fortuna di acquistarli appena fatti nessun problema,il problema c’è quando i biscotti sono in vetrina da qualche giorno esposti senza nessuna “copertura “la frolla perde di sapore e friabilità la frutta secca non è più croccante ,insomma soldi e non pochi spesi molto male !

10/04/2024: Un maritozzo 4 euro, da asporto, neanche seduto al tavolo, mi aspettavo almeno fosse particolarmente buono, invece solo mangiabile. Anche la pasticceria mignon è cara e la qualità è più o meno quella di un qualsiasi supermercato. Parcheggiare è un po’ insidioso vista la posizione ma il vero problema è che non si può acquistare pasticceria a quei prezzi a meno che non si di alto livello. Nulla a che fare la pasticceria che c’era prima nello stesso locale. Insomma rapporto qualità pessimo.

26/07/2024: We have always had a good time, every time we have come. Today, unfortunately, I felt marginalized as the owner of a dog who had just had a stomach ache. I immediately offered to clean and, I was told to let the dogs out immediately ourselves, the dirty stuff I was cleaning they made me put in a black bag and so far it's fine. But the fact that I had to take away the aforementioned black bag even though it was closed and that they certainly have a place to throw waste is unacceptable! We were almost as if we were lepers The fact that they then cleaned with bleach is fine but the fact that you don't allow me to go back inside and finish the meal with the air conditioning is a lack of empathy (the dog didn't do anything on purpose to feel bad and we are also in the close to a veterinary clinic) and lack of hospitality. I'm sorry because we always had a good time, but after today I don't know if I'll go back

11/05/2024: I sat drinking my coffee while witnessing a tourist who asked the staff on Italian asking them if there was Internet she could use as a tourist. She seemed nervous and in a hurry. They were very condescending to her and finally after her asking for recommendations, the young guy recommended a local cafe - Cafe Letterario -just a few minutes walk where they had Internet. After she left they made fun of her and were jeering “turista”, “turista”. If the manager of this cafe is reading this, I recommend you speaking to the young man, young woman and older woman (she was the worst) working in the cafe and ask them to show some respect for tourists, who by buying products in the bar are paying their salaries! Go to Café Letterario instead, just on the main road outside the walls and just a couple of minutes walk from the station.
