26/05/2025: Very attentive and thoughtful staff, kind and courteous, but unfortunately the food left much to be desired, low quality ingredients, tasteless pasta, not fresh fish, and obviously high prices for what they bring to the table... I'm sorry... we won't be back and I wouldn't recommend it...

08/05/2025: We had made a reservation in a WhatsApp conversation with the chef (brother 1). Front of house person (brother 2), had a real attitude and was a PITA. He was shooing us away and didn’t believe we had a reservation until we showed him the conversation. That sort of set the tone. We expected to be seated indoors, but were put on the street. The scent of sewer gas mixed with cigarette smoke and motorbike exhaust further seasoned our experience. The food was probably good, but the atmosphere (in all senses) was so bad that I did not enjoy it. The restaurant was recommended by friends who had a wonderful meal there. So my advice is: make a reservation in person and insist on sitting inside the restaurant. I hope your experience is better than ours.

03/05/2025: Polite welcome, an environment that puts you at ease and lots and lots of quality. On a gastronomic trip to Ortigia it was the best experience. I would go back immediately

03/05/2025: A really nice place, with a welcoming atmosphere and attention to detail. The staff was very kind, always helpful and smiling. Excellent food, furthermore, the wait was minimal: fast and efficient service. Absolutely recommended!

28/04/2025: Posto carino, simpatico adatto a qualsiasi clientela e soprattutto a famiglie con bambini. Tuto il personale cortese. Gli Hamburger di buona qualità con panino fresco e dal sapore artigianale. Peccato solo che non hanno disponibile birra alla spina. Tutto sommato abbiamo cenato bene e passato una piacevole serata!

02/05/2025: Wonderful stay at the Hotel Casale Milocca – Syracuse A very nice hotel with a relaxed atmosphere and a great pool. We enjoyed breakfast every morning in the beautiful garden - the breakfast was rich, with many Sicilian specialties. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. A clear recommendation for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in pleasant surroundings!

10/05/2025: Lovely old Villa sitting in old quarry. Excellent pool area and friendly staff. Special mention to restaurant staff especially Melissa who we very good. Needs minibus service down to Old town as there is nothing except Drago bistro nearby.

26/05/2025: Terrible, already on Easter day I should have protested for 15 portions of baked pasta with sour sauce, but yesterday they hit the bottom of rudeness accusing me of having collected some rustici without paying for them, despite a receipt that showed payment and relative time. They shouted accusations and insults on the phone embarrassing me with my guests, catering is first and foremost education and courtesy, and in this place they don't even know the meaning of the words. Terrible and rude. For a paltry sum instead of checking they allow themselves to accuse people. Truly deplorable, for me and all my acquaintances they can also close their doors.

27/05/2025: Nice format that allows you to choose from the dishes displayed in the window creating a custom dish, really tasty and well prepared food, welcoming staff. Highly recommended!!

20/05/2025: Authentic (fresh) Sicilian dishes. You choose in the display case what you want on your plate, after heating it up it is brought to your table. Very tasty and fun to taste everything this way. Staff is friendly and cozy, can also speak some English, but the difference between 40 and 14 is still a bit difficult for them 😉

03/01/2025: A top pizzeria service! Here we ate the best pizza in all of Sicily so far. The dough is perfect and a special taste experience! The calzone was also a delight. What we noticed immediately was that the location was exceptionally clean. The operators were very friendly without being intrusive. Thank you very much and keep it up.

03/06/2025: What an experience - the hustle and bustle of Ortigia in the morning is wild, but it’s well worth a visit here for incredible sandwiches and other products.

03/06/2025: Delicious fresh rolls. Also super good cappuccino. Not too expensive and you get really huge rolls that you can easily use. Service is fast and friendly and they speak good English. The inside of the store is very nice. All kinds of cheeses and meats displayed.
