17/08/2025: Impeccable experience! The menu isn't extensive, but during our two visits, we tried several dishes, and they were all delicious. The pistachio busiate, in particular, were a delight. The real icing on the cake was the friendly and attentive service. The prices were fair for the quality of the food served.

16/08/2025: Quiet place. Traditional dishes, well-cooked and beautifully presented (the caponata was excellent). Welcoming and courteous staff. Excellent value. Recommended.

07/08/2025: We went 2 times and it was amazing food, really delicious! The server are friendly and kind. The frist time we waited a little longer until we got served bc it was a full restaurant! But the 2nd time we got our food quite fast! The portion was more than generous!

05/08/2025: Simply delicious, from the appetizer to the dessert!! The restaurant is located in a very cute and typical town, far from the tourist hustle and bustle. Finally, the kindness of the staff and the owner complete your meal!

11/09/2025: Unfortunately we cannot recommend this restaurant. The food (especially as it's mostly snacks or small lunch) is extremely expensive for what it is. Did not taste that well and there was also no effort made to make it look tasty. Service was nonexistent, we needed to go inside to ask and no one ever came outside again. One star extra for the nice ambience outside.

28/07/2025: Mi sono trovata a cenare per un compleanno in compagnia della famiglia ed amici. La festeggiata aveva organizzato un giro pizza. Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta dalla qualità della pizza in primis (ottimo l'impasto e ben condita) e poi della cordialità del personale, gentile, veloce e sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Ritornerò sicuramente.

08/09/2025: A delightful dining experience. My spouse had the Sea Bream and I had the fish special and both were delicious. The desserts were a decadent experience, the service was prompt and courteous, and the pricing was reasonable. You won’t be disappointed!

01/09/2025: Everything was delicious. The only difficulty was choosing among the thousands of options, all more than inviting. We opted for three tapas: fried ricotta (very delicate), sardines a beccafico, and a calamari cone (a perfect fried dish: light, flavorful, not too salty, and with the firm, compact consistency of calamari). But the black burger blew away the rest! We're still wondering exactly how many flavors we encountered while eating it: slowly and tastefully, between the prawns in truffle oil and a squid ink sandwich that alone is the reason for the 5-point review. One piece of advice that's a regret for us: we accompanied everything with two cocktails, but upon entering, the display of strictly Sicilian wines really whetted our appetite. Have a glass... or two!!!

14/08/2025: Being from Tampa Florida we know lots about good seafood ! La Cozza d’Oro of Augusta has superb quality of seafood from oysters to mussels to clams and so much more ! We dined at their restaurant and Cettina the head chef along with Maurizio and Bruno were most accommodating helpful and everything was delicious prices were fantastic and location and atmosphere wonderful ! We highly recommend La Cozza d’Oro if you visit beautiful Sicily

06/08/2025: A dinner full of emotions. Not just any dinner, but a sensory journey that captivates all the senses. A relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. A beautiful location. A dinner featuring fresh fish, expertly cooked to enhance each individual ingredient. And then there are those accompanying us on this "journey": the dining room staff. Professional and courteous, ready to fulfill every need of the "traveler." A special mention goes to Fatima, whose enthusiasm introduced us to this wonderful journey of flavors. Highly recommended.

11/09/2025: It felt a bit cheap (in the negative sense); you pay one Euro extra for 'gourmet gelato' but they really tasted the same as or worse than the normal variants in other ice cream places. I took the nocciola, pistachio, and chocolate fondente, all in gourmet quality, but was sadly disappointed. All in all, there are better ice cream places just before the bridge to Ortigia.

11/09/2025: Creamy and tasty ice cream. We ordered pistachio (spectacular flavor, 100% pistachio, not sweet at all) and ricotta (also delicious and not sweet at all). Plus, they're super-priced. It cooled us off during a really hot time, and doing so with ice cream of this quality is on another level.

15/04/2025: Restaurant simple avec des produits authentiques. Un propriétaire tres attentionné. Nous avons mangé des charcuteries et des fromages extras. Une côte de porc succulente accompagnée de petits légumes et pour finir une sorte de crêpe fourrée a la pistache (de la production du propriétaire) top.

30/08/2025: Friendly staff, fast service. The brioches are generously filled and the granita is delicious. The pistachio cream is worth it. Recommended.
