22/02/2026: Canteen atmosphere. Very noisy dining room. Impersonal. Expensive dishes for average quality. The fish was dry and the caponata portion was small. Apparently, it's a local favorite, but in my opinion, there's a local price and a special tourist price! I don't recommend it.

24/11/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, ate very well, and spent very little. Typical, authentic cuisine, without frills. The caponata was delicious, as was the fritto misto.
What a lovely surprise!
05/11/2025: The anchovy panini, the fried calamari panini, and the grilled swordfish are excellent, the staff are very friendly, and the prices are low.

12/03/2026: Terrible experience. We went on Tuesday with a couple of friends. We're from Catania and not on vacation. I should point out that my friend's husband ordered mussels, and my partner did as an appetizer. As soon as my friend's husband started eating the pasta with clams (which were full of sand), he started feeling sick. He came out and vomited. The owner thought it was high blood pressure, but it wasn't at all. By the time we paid and were walking to the car, my partner started feeling sick, too. He was vomiting and had diarrhea.
At this point, the mussels weren't fresh! And they're still sick now. He should be thankful we didn't file a complaint! I strongly advise against it!
24/02/2026: Don't let the unassuming facade fool you; even the entrance area gives no hint of the fantastic food inside. We had made a reservation, which was definitely necessary. From the appetizer (bruschetta) to the main courses (risotto and filet), everything was truly perfect. Generous portions. Unfortunately, we didn't have room for dessert. The house wine is delicious. All in all, 5+ stars. The only thing that tops it is the price.

07/03/2026: A clean and welcoming place with an open kitchen. The staff is young and knowledgeable, and this was reflected in the service, which I would describe as very attentive and friendly. The wine recommendations were excellent. All the dishes we tried were excellent, and I particularly recommend the saffron and sausage pici, rigorously hand-rolled and "callosi" (a type of pasta) as per Val d'Orcia tradition. The fried Milanese cutlet was also excellent, dry but with juicy veal. The only downside was the rather high bill, slightly above average, but it didn't ruin the experience. Definitely worth a try if you're visiting Montalcino.
02/03/2026: Amazing service! Very nice waitresses, speaking English and there is also an English menu.
The place itself is designed beautifully and there is an amazing view to the town.
They bring bread and some great quality olive oil.
The place is so good that even the restroom is good. Very clean and smells great, also with a little view.
About the food, we ordered onion soup, which was great but too much oil. Pasta which was also tasty but too oily and too much butter as well, and lastly bread with anchovy, again, very good, but too much butter.
The dishes came fast. I recommend going there and maybe asking for less amount of oil/butter.
Over all 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

21/09/2025: We stopped by our motorcycle and stayed one night at this agriturismo. We were pleasantly surprised by the tranquility, beauty, and silence of the place. This working farm boasts vineyards, olive groves, animals, a small restaurant, and rooms immersed in nature, just 3 km from the stunning Calamosche beach. The friendly and welcoming hosts offered an excellent breakfast, which we enjoyed while watching the workers work in the vineyards. In conclusion, if you want to unwind and enjoy excellent value while visiting the Val di Noto, this is the place for you. I recommend paying more attention to the rooms.

22/12/2025: Excellent seafood restaurant with a sea view in Marzamemi.
The tuna dishes, a Campisi specialty, are particularly recommended (I recommend purchasing tuna from the nearby shop).
Reservations are required during the summer if you don't want to wait for table service at the end of the shift around 10:00 PM.
The staff are very friendly and will let you wait at their bar with complimentary prosecco.
The prices are more than fair for the quality of the seafood.
