19/07/2024: Good for breakfast, but never again for lunch...€10.50 for 2 knots of semi-raw sausage which was accompanied by unappealing potatoes, so I tell the boy to put some mushrooms in exchange (which were good but yes or no they were 50gm with oil)...at the checkout I ask for explanations about the price and I was told that I paid for the mushrooms as a second side dish....you could have avoided...it's a shame because the place is nice but this is too much for too little...Ps I can't put a photo of the dish and a photo of the receipt...ps2 in the 10.50 there is also a bottle of sparkling water, not even a well-known brand...

19/08/2024: eat healthy, eat well, there is nothing touristy but the dishes, of course they are there and the products used make themselves felt. Zero kilometers in the true sense of the word, great quality, joys for the palate. Focus on local dishes, not on pizzas (of which there are more than fifty and also good ones) if you want to be sure of eating as you would cook at home. The service is young but attentive, very polite and very kind to every request, even the most difficult ones! Try it to believe it!

27/07/2024: A particularly pleasant place in the heart of Ortigia. Creative homemade cuisine that is genuinely good. Smiles greet you both at lunch and dinner. A small oasis of tranquility, good taste, and professional, friendly service. Here, you can never go wrong. The menu is short (a good sign), and the wine and cocktail lists are carefully curated and honest. We love it.

14/08/2024: I found this little restaurant by pure chance while walking through the charming alleys of the island of Ortigia and I immediately wanted to book a table. Excellent dinner, simple dishes as per tradition supported by excellent quality raw materials, all seasoned with the Sicilian authenticity, friendliness and hospitality of the owner. Go there.

17/08/2024: We will have had eight granitas here in two days (and there are two of us). Place discovered thanks to our Host who recommended super typical places, we tried the granitas and what can I say...the best in Syracuse hands down. We recommend the one with ricotta and mulberries. The guys at the counter are young and super kind, a pleasure to come back!!!

19/08/2024: While passing through, we found this place for lunch. Three of us only took starters. Yummy!

13/08/2024: The adorable and good-willed cook was unable to completely save the meal. Arriving in an empty room, we waited 1h30 before receiving the complete order (just the dishes) which arrived in small quantities (2 people). The salad was very (too) basic, as were the shrimp. The pasta was good, and the pizza was classic although a little small. The price is really cheap but hey...

21/08/2024: Small place with exterior and interior. Not accessible for disabled people. Disproportionate prices for the offer. It seems unfair to me to have paid €6 for a cunzato bread and a bruschetta (same type of cobbler cut into 4 pieces €10, incidentally this is not how you make a bruschetta). The offer and quality of the products served should definitely be reviewed. Definitely ok for a quick snack not for lunch

12/08/2024: I have very happy memories of this place, as I was very alone when I first moved to Siracusa in 2019. It is very uplifting, kind and atmospheric and very soothing, a great place to write and have coffee.

31/08/2024: In pieno centro di Rosolini un locale incantevole con un esterno coperto da un pergolato molto caratteristico. Cucina tradizionale ma rivisitata con cura dei prodotti e del gusto, piatti serviti con appropriate spiegazioni su come nascono. Buona anche la cantina, prezzi non esagerati. Complimenti ai gestori.

21/08/2024: Un ristorante eccezionale, un’esperienza sempre diversa e magica. Andrea Camilleri se ne sarebbe innamorato e ci avrebbe “portato” il Commissario Montalbano. Servizio di ottimo livello.

10/08/2024: Von außen so unscheinbar und fast schon heruntergekommen, wir hatten anfangs kein gutes Gefühl aber es war das einzige lokal in der Umgebung welches ab 18:30 öffnet. Aber drinnen war alles renoviert und super nett hergerichtet! Sehr schön! Wir wurden unglaublich herzlich empfangen, auch unsere Kinder (wir waren 10 Personen, davon 4 Kinder) sind total willkommen gewesen. Das Essen war unglaublich günstig; wir hatten mehr bestellt da wir bei diesen Preisen von Beilagen ausgingen, tatsächlich waren dann 10 recht große Bruschetta um 5€ am Tisch. Die Hauptspeisen waren ALLE ausgezeichnet. Das ist tatsächlich ein Geheimtipp und ich hoffe, sie bekommen ganz viele Gäste ❤️

10/08/2024: We have been returning for several years because we were able to have a fish-based dinner in a pleasant way and at a fair price... This year big disappointment... We found it significantly worse in variety and quality... starters available almost exclusively from the standardized ones almost from fixed price menus.... Pasta with red prawn that only tasted like it was defrosted....even though we didn't pay that much for a dinner...€60...for the quality given it could even be considered excessive.... However... the positive aspect was that it pushed me to look for something else in the area and I found a very good place with fresh fish and honest prices...

22/07/2024: sono andato in questo posto altre volte ma mi sono accorto che con il tempo qualcosa sta venendo meno. Il servizio molto confuso e impreparato, navigano a vista. I prodotti sono buoni i piatti sempre meno buoni. penso di provare altro la prossima volta, loro hanno un bel nome ma qualcosa ripeto forse per la troppa confusione sta venendo meno.
