A truly perfect evening in Noto! My wife and I agree: we've never eaten such exceptionally good pizza. The pizza dough, in particular, was something special – incredibly aromatic, airy, and yet wonderfully crispy. We learned upon inquiry that the dough rests for a full 70 hours. You can taste this passion and care in every single bite! The service was also warm, attentive, and exceptionally child-friendly. Our children were immediately given something to color and felt very comfortable. To finish, we had a tiramisu that was just as exceptionally delicious as the pizzas. An evening we will certainly never forget. For us, an absolute culinary highlight in Noto and an unqualified recommendation! We would come back anytime. No matter how many times you've eaten pizza before, try the pizza here. That's what we say, as we ate pizza every single day during our vacation.

Very disappointed with the pizza: it arrived almost cold, the crust was so hard to cut, I wondered if it was frozen or undercooked! I absolutely do not recommend it; it's a tourist trap with their "wood-fired" advertisement!

5 stars, because it's as good as it gets. Super friendly staff, attentive to every customer need; adults and children alike. We've been back twice, the pizza is superb, even customizable. Fair prices. Everyone is truly well done.

Pizza was very good, but the staff is rushing all the time and kind of overwhelmed, we had to wait for an answer about availability , with almost no attention to us.
