26/05/2026: Damn this place is heaven! Every bite of every plate served reminded me of the simple exquisite kitchen that nestled in my grandmother’s home. Here you eat genuine home made heart made pure sicilian food. The wine list is variant and rooted in Sicilian grape and the people who run it are sincere food and life loving people. Do not forget to visit!

30/04/2026: Excellent restaurant focused primarily on meat dishes. Everything we tried was truly top-notch. We opted for a mix of pork and horsemeat (steaks, meatballs, skewers, and mixed sausages, the latter a specialty of Palazzolo). Very welcoming staff, courteous and prompt service. The atmosphere is quiet and beautifully decorated. Not to be missed.

03/06/2026: I went here because it's away from everything, expecting peace and quiet. However, some party was going on one night.
Furthermore I booked a room with kitchen facilities. However, the kitchen was equipped with nothing and I was expected to fork out some extra €€ to get them. Also the pool towels come at and extra charge.
The facilities, pool and restaurant area are great.

31/05/2026: I arrived at 1:30 PM and finished at 3:27 PM, eating very little and having to wait forever. About an hour passed between the first and second courses. The pasta dish was a paltry portion. For the second course, we ordered a cutlet, the smallest I've ever seen in a restaurant. Dessert arrived cut in half. They skimped on everything possible. The service was slow and unfriendly. The only decent thing was the location, which was nice.
Poor value for money.

29/05/2026: A very nice place, we ate at the side of the square with a view to the church. The food was good, the owner very warm. A hidden diamant. I highly recommend it.
22/05/2026: We came here on May 22nd with school. A friend of mine and I ordered two tasty salads and a side of potatoes. We had to wait an hour, and when we got up to leave, they finally brought our food. The gorgonzola in the salad still had the rind on it, which is inedible. Also, other girls ordered pasta, which, contrary to the name of the place, was not tasty at all.
We didn't have a good experience.

23/11/2025: We had a family gathering for lunch, and a local relative decided to choose this restaurant. Very good, with generous portions. The ricotta is homemade, so you can taste it's truly artisanal. Highly recommended.

The warm ricotta was delicious, and the cheeses, cured meats, and everything else were also very good. Special thanks to the waiter who served us, VERY KIND!

26/12/2025: The wait is a bit long. This is the place for those on a budget.
10/11/2025: Delicious food, I even managed to eat it gluten-free. I'm in a small town in Sicily, so I don't expect the staff to speak English. Authentic Sicilian food, where the locals eat. For me and my husband, it was a real hit. People who expect elegance and service using BBC English should think twice and go to the capital, not the outskirts. Anyone who wants to experience local flavors and atmosphere is in the best place. I recommend it ❤️
