24/02/2026: I'd been there before on a motorcycle tour and remember the bruschetta... But last Saturday... we came back for dinner... the four of us, Raclette for everyone! Amazing! Excellent quality vegetables and cured meats! Quiet atmosphere and friendly service! During the day, the view is picture-perfect... with Mount Bersaio... I'll definitely be back... The restroom door, too... is a real gem!

07/12/2025: PortoMatto in Avola was a delightful discovery. I ordered a first course, a truly delicious risotto: well-creamed, flavorful, but never heavy. The restaurant is elegant, with attention to detail, and the background music is not too loud and very pleasant, allowing for a peaceful conversation. Special praise goes to the table service: professional, attentive, but never intrusive. I'd especially like to highlight the kindness and empathy of the waiter, Giovanni, who really worked hard to find a solution for my wife's particularly restricted diet, trying to accommodate her in every way possible. In the end, she didn't order anything, but his face showed genuine disappointment, a sign of genuine care for the customer. Overall, a very positive experience: highly recommended.

17/12/2025: We had a wonderful time at Joy Beach Lido from the start of the season in mid-May. The food, the atmosphere, the fantastic service, and the friendly staff were all amazing. We'd love to come back on May 16, 2026, and walk over from Calabernardo along the beach. Nina and Stephan

03/04/2026: Tonight we had a large group, more than 40 people. They were quick and easy, and everyone was satisfied. From those who ordered the regular pizza, to those who ordered the five-grain dough, to the pizza sandwich. The owner was kind and patient. My pizza sandwich with porchetta was creamy, and I enjoyed everything with sweetness. Thank you so much for the wonderful evening.

08/04/2026: A truly excellent place where you can have lunch or dinner in a quiet atmosphere and a very friendly staff, especially the chef Michele, who will keep you company with his excellent dishes made with high-quality ingredients, both fish and meat based, or if someone wants, they can delight in a delicious pizza... 16/04/2026: We had the restaurant recommended to us so we gave it a try. It was disappointing on many fronts. The appetizer that was a sampling of items was poor in many respects, the most import of which was that it just was not the quality and the flavors that we’ve had from other similar dishes at other restaurants in the area. After the appetizer, my husband had a pasta with mixed shellfish, and I had a risotto dish with shrimp. That course was fine, but nothing remarkable. The staff was attentive, they spoke some English, however, were dressed like they came from a casual outing with friends. It was acceptable for our quick casual dinner, but not a place we would return to.
