26/10/2025: With its ancient flavor, from the moment you enter the bakery, you lose the feeling of time passing; looking at the display cases that clearly display the freshly prepared products, always fresh, the renowned Bagheria sfincione stands out, expertly crafted with methods and flavors now lost elsewhere.
Worthy of note: this sfincione won first prize at a recent "Sfincione Festival"... I think there's no point in saying anything else, except to encourage you to visit this bakery...

24/10/2025: Today for the first time I went into this shop to buy a glass of fresh sea urchins, I paid €26.00 and took away the package sealed by them behind the counter... result, 20% sea urchins and 80% blended mussels.
