26/05/2025: Epic pizza spot right on the beach. Pizza is so fast so affordable and d@mn near perfect! Margarita pizza was a 9.6/10 in my book. All so nice wait staff plus the location is top notch raw tuna was amazing and the beer was cold I highly recommend you watch the sunset here eat a pizza and drink some beer. Also right next to beach grab a €7 pizza to go then head to the beach .

12/05/2025: Abbiamo raggiunto questo locale dopo parecchi chilometri di autostrada venendo da un paese di provincia... Una volta arrivati di domenica sera circa le 21 e 45 entriamo in 6 persone e chiediamo al cameriere un tavolo che in tutta fretta ci dice che non c'è, cosa a mio avviso non vera ... anche perché c'era tavoli pronti a pagare che si potevano rimpiazzare in pochi minuti con un po' di buona volontà. Ma già non c'era il buon senso quindi figuriamoci altro. Pessima gestione.

11/05/2025: Servizio pessimo,ci siamo seduti alle 20.40 dopo un ora è arrivato l'antipasto (una frittura di pesce ) ,dopo un'altra ora è arrivato il primo scelto da noi : spaghetti ai ricci .Vi racconto i retroscena: ho prenotato nel pomeriggio verso le 17.00 al momento della prenotazione ho chiesto se avessero i ricci e mi è stato risposto che li avevano quindi ho confermato la prenotazione. La pasta con i ricci che hanno portato era amara anche se costava 25€ . Ho chiesto al ristoratore da dove arrivassero quei ricci amari ,lui mi ha risposto dicendo che erano GALIZIANI. Noi siamo della zona e consiglierei al ristoratore di dire anticipatamente al cliente la provenienza del prodotto utilizzato. Se avesse detto che i ricci erano GALIZIANI sicuramente non avrei neanche prenotato. Consiglio di ingrandire la cucina così da eliminare le attese lunghissime e di utilizzare prodotti locali possibilmente non congelati.

30/04/2025: It's a unique place. You arrive in a special place, with incredibly good ice cream, a wonderful Aperol Spritz and a splendid view. It's not too touristy, which allows you to get a taste of the real Italy. But the real highlight is the girl at the counter. She is incredibly kind and helpful, bright but modest, cheerful and sociable. It's the best place in Messina.

02/06/2025: Ci rechiamo in questo locale con un gruppo di amici, Ordiniamo antipasti cotti di mare, dei primi paccheri gambero e pistacchio ed involtini di pescespada per secondo, l antipasto tutto sommato era discreto tranne per il polpo che se lo avessimo lanciato al muro sarebbe rimbalzato 18 volte,il mini risottino di mare all'interno della conchiglia privo totalmente di sale, i paccheri serviti neanche al dente ma crudi che per masticarli bisognava avere la mascella di terminator, oltretutto gli stessi serviti con una squintalata di panna per nascondere tutti i sapori che però all'interno dei paccheri qualche gamberetto piccolino di quelli da sacchetto surgelato usciva fuori!.. parliamo di un primo dalla modica cifra di 18€ che a mio avviso È stato un furto, gli involtini di pescespada non ho capito il perché ma dentro ci hanno messo del pecorino anch esso per nascondere i sapori, e dei pezzetti di pomodoro all interno dal retrogusto acido, l involtino sapeva di pecorino e questo rimarrà per me un mistero irrisolto, soltanto l'inviato di cucine da incubo potrebbe salvare la situazione, colui detto il salvatore, cannavacciolo! Chiamatelo

03/06/2025: This place was OK. We liked the quirky decor. Service wasn't the most attentive eg we got given bread alongside the main courses rather than while waiting, but there was a large group eating nearby so that might've been the reason. We didn't have to wait too long. Unfortunately we didn't find the food as good as elsewhere. The mixed salad, chips and squid were fine, but we found the lasagna a bit average and the pizza more takeaway standard. The breaded chicken was disappointing: small and flat with a dollop of cold mash alongside, when we were expecting a larger thickly-breadcrumbed breast with a salad or similar. Our kids left quite a bit which is unusual. Maybe we just came on a bad day but the standard didn't seem as good as elsewhere for several dishes.

29/04/2025: Restaurant with friends during our visit to the city of Messina. Offbeat service, but remaining attentive to customers. In terms of the meal we ate well for a fair price Too bad for the aperitifs which are not homemade (all made)

18/05/2025: Terrible service. They do not care if you wait until over an hour and a half for food. Do not recommend this restaurant! The staff seemed to be more attentive to locals. They told us the tables with the good view were reserved and the whole time we were there no one sat it those seats. Seemed like we were being judged since we are tourists and not local. Food over priced for small portions.

17/05/2025: They prepared a delicious pasta option for my American toddler, and I had the best sea bream of my life. The desserts and wine were delicious. The service was wonderful— they allowed us to move to a better seat when it became available. And the view doesn’t get better!!! 10/10 would recommend.

The aperitif formula is pleasant, refined and generous. A special mention to the young waiters, including Alessandro and Zaira, very kind and ready to fulfill every wish

08/05/2025: Incredible dinner at this lovely family- run restaurant on a beautiful hilltop in Vulcano Island. The food is prepared by a 3rd generation family with traditional Sicilian recipes using only the freshest local ingredients. The wine list reflects local and other Sicilian wines, the dining room is warm and inviting, and we had such a special evening dining here. We had an antipasto platter, homemade pasta and rabbit prepared in Sicilian style. Every dish was both beautiful and delicious! The family were very helpful in choosing wine to complement our meal. We really enjoyed our experience here. We actually returned to take a cooking class a few days later, which was an incredible experience! We highly recommend the restaurant and cooking class for a special taste of the culture on Vulcano.

06/05/2025: Cibi genuini cucinati con esperienza. Dolci fantastici. Ottima cantina di vini . Si trova a pochi km dal porto, ma c’è un ottimo servizio navetta.

13/05/2025: Siamo tornati dopo qualche anno in questo ristorantino nel centro storico di Taormina (fra il corso principale e il duomo) e tutto ha confermato l’ottima impressione avuta in precedenza. Abbiamo mangiato dei ravioli con ricotta e crema di pistacchi e degli gnocchi con pesto e gamberoni. Poi abbiamo diviso del calamaro gratinato con panatura e verdure. Tutto ottimo. Il locale è dotato di un delizioso giardinetto e di un balconcino più riparato con due tavoli. Prezzo assolutamente nella norma. La gestione è a carattere familiare con personale gentile e cordiale. Torneremo senz’altro.

07/04/2025: Lugar tranquilo justo detrás del duomo bajando unos escalones. Recomendado por el hotel. Acogedor lugar familiar, comida siciliana. Albóndigas y carne muy buena. Ravioli estaba bien. Los bandos eran generosos.
