One of the best pastry shops in Messina, the cannoli are fantastic.

Visited late September. I spotted this cake shop from across the road as I needed a break from walking so much and needed to quench my thirst. The place is quite small inside. So yes definitely it’s better as a takeaway however there are a couple of tables and I was lucky to sit at one and rest my legs. The strawberry granita was delicious, a bit on the sweet side, and the cake was pretty good too with the tasty fragrant strawberries (so much better than the large tasteless strawberries back home :( and as you can see from the photo. Good service. I’d be very happy to return.

Really excellent desserts...cassata, cannoli, jellies...and even the biscuits, all delicious!
