20/04/2025: Esperuenza sublime sin dal primo momento in cui abbiamo messo piede nell'osteria L'ambiete e il decor ti trasportano in un mondo magico, grazie anche ad un accompagnamento musical di un certo spessore. Per la parte culinaria finalmente in un mondo di banalita' un menu davvero intrigante. Il tortino di patate e tartufo era buonissimo e il maialino sublime e tutto a costi assolutamente modici. 10/06/2025: They lost us as customers after we were asked to leave even though we hadn't finished our dinner, because they had other tables to seat. According to them we could have finished eating and then had our beers outside. Obviously never returned. Too bad because the sandwiches are really good!

15/05/2025: Villa Salvenere is a very pleasant location, airy and bright, both in the outdoor spaces and in the indoor rooms, which make it ideal for banquets and receptions. We booked a table for 2 on a Saturday night, without our knowledge, with live music. The crowded rooms, combined with a lack of staff, gave an impression of excessive frenzy and slowed down the efficiency of the service. After having consumed a mixed fried food, characterized by an abundance of French fries, covered by a few slices of sausage and a few potato croquettes, we ordered 2 pizzas. Letizia chose a parmigiana, while I ate a 4 cheese with the addition of spicy salami. The only positive note was the abundance of ingredients, unfortunately not of great quality. The dough and leavening were not up to the standards of the pizzerias we are used to, to the point of even discouraging my usual photographic documentation... The desserts, although they looked good, were not well balanced: the coffee cup was cloying and the tiramisu was excessively sweet. We drank a 50cl unfiltered Ichnusa. The evening was enlivened by a musical group, which also involved the customers with dancing and karaoke.

03/10/2024: Really spacious room in Aeolian style with modern reinterpretation. Very friendly staff, panoramic terrace on breathtaking Scoppa beach. Breakfast not particularly rich.

31/08/2024: Excellent hotel, very quiet environment, near a beautiful bay and a stone's throw from the center of Malfa (where there isn't much apart from restaurants where you eat very well). The staff is friendly and helpful. Maybe the breakfast could be a little better but it's still good...

13/04/2025: Sempre scelta giusta a coglienza magnifica il cibo non delude mai, tranne per qualche ripetizione sul menu ( sarò sfortunata ma trovo spesso gli stessi piatti) e questa cosa non è degna di un ottimo ristorante come modi cerca di orientarsi...delusa sul caluce di vino molto caro e sempre in minore quantità, se siete bevitori meglio prendere una bottiglia...degna di nota la pagnotta al lievito madre superlativa...la merita del dolce che ho preso dovrebbe essere più montata

06/04/2025: Situé en périphérie de Torregrotta et en hauteur, l'accueil est souriant et chaleureux, le cadre d'une blancheur éclatante (murs et nappes), la vaisselle moderne comme il se doit, le service est discret, efficace et toujours souriant. L'essentiel est dans l'assiette. Un régal pour les yeux d'abord : dressage impeccable, avec touche finale à table. Un florilège de saveurs ensuite : mise en valeur des produits locaux, mais aussi ajout d'épices ou de compléments venus d'ailleurs, réalisant un mariage harmonieux. Une mention particulière pour la "fausse olive", servie avec les mignardises de bienvenue, et qui vaut le détour à elle seule. J'ai opté pour le menu dégustation à 7 plats : un rapport qualité-prix tout à fait raisonnable.

30/03/2025: I went for the first time with friends on Saturday (30 March 2025) for lunch but to have a richer menu we chose the dinner menu and I must say that I find myself denying the negative reviews Welcoming and clean place, friendly staff, really good and light food, even though we were a large number of people, the dishes arrived quickly and the the place was full, there were also dishes that required more preparation time, but they always arrived on time. Excellent value for money with the all you can eat formula. I will definitely return other times. See you soon

13/06/2025: We had booked for outside at 20:30. When we arrived the restaurant was heaving and our table was unavailable. We were offered a glass of prosecco and waited. We were offered a table inside which we grabbed. This place is really busy. Gianne Luca is a true performer. He entertained and informed us about the specials and the menu. The food was prompt and delicious. An excellent meal and we would go again in a heartbeat.

28/05/2025: Very good restaurant in Lingua with fish and vegetarian dishes. We returned twice during our holiday in Salina. Santino is a wonderful person! He welcomed us very well telling us many stories about the island and gave us the privilege of watching during one of our dinners a documentary he shot on the film "Il Postino" with Massimo Troisi. Exciting. His Football Museum is also something incredible with many historical relics each of which tells a story. A true heritage of the island. We will return!

18/05/2025: Excellent restaurant for its location on the sea and excellent cuisine with local products, especially fish, served with kindness and considerable professionalism by Santino and his collaborators. As an added value, the annexed football museum, unique in its kind. A restaurant that I always recommend to my friends and colleagues.

03/05/2025: Erano mesi che non mangiavo da Marco ... pizza ottima, con ampia scelta di gusti con ingredienti di ottima qualità...impasto delizioso e leggero...cotto nel forno a legna. I proprietari sono accoglienti e ti fanno sentire a casa ...pulizia strepitosa...ed anche i dolci tutti artigianali e dal gusto delicato ed originale.... Lo consiglio.
