16/10/2025: We arrived here near to closing time but were greeted with warmth and a smile. We shared a jug of local white wine and Classic Bruschetto 👌 We also had the vegetarian macaroni dish and it was yummy.

26/04/2026: A typical Sicilian kiosk and bar, where the locals enjoy having an espresso or a refreshing drink and catching up for a while. The bartender is very friendly and attentive. There is an extensive selection of coffee, drinks, and sweets. Naturally, the espresso is brewed excellently, just strong enough and with a beautiful layer of foam. A lovely spot to refresh yourself and chat. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience the local atmosphere!

The location is stunning, the food is exquisite, and a special mention goes to the dining room staff; I'm allergic, and never before have I felt so at ease enjoying a meal without worries. The staff handled everything with the utmost care and precision.

The wine list is extensive and refined. I would perhaps reconsider the selection of wines sold by the glass. Highly recommended. Reasonably priced.

06/03/2026: We arrived at a butcher's shop window, and behind it was the restaurant. The place was really nice and intimate. We received a very warm welcome from very friendly people. There, we were presented with a very wide selection of meats. The best part came with the main courses. The meat was excellent. We had a very pleasant time and a delicious meal.

09/06/2026: After a busy and eventful day, we were looking for a nice place to have dinner in this small town. We found this restaurant completely by chance — and it turned out to be one of the best surprises of our trip. The food was outstanding. The marinated octopus salad was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of different flavors and textures that worked perfectly together. The seafood carbonara was incredibly creamy and comforting. Every bite was rich and flavorful, leaving us wanting more and more. It was one of those dishes that you keep thinking about long after the meal is over. Great food, a wonderful atmosphere, and a memorable dining experience. We are very happy we discovered this place and would gladly come back again. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the area. It is definitely worth a visit and was one of the highlights of our time in Sicily.

The quality of the desserts is truly high: excellent ingredients, artisanal preparation, and a deep respect for Sicilian tradition. Each product is balanced in flavor and carefully presented. The traditional specialties are excellent, always fresh and carefully prepared. The passion and experience of those working behind the counter are clearly evident. The service is courteous and the atmosphere is welcoming. A recommended stop for those seeking authentic artisanal pastry making in Messina.

09/05/2026: After years of going to this restaurant, this is the second time I don't understand what food was on my plates. I didn't comment the first time. It could happen again last Thursday. I never ate the food. I'm not the type to make a fuss. I paid without saying anything, but I won't be going back. It didn't lose one customer, but many. I'm 72 years old. I don't go to restaurants to get in trouble. €40 per person, without wine.

One of the few places open at that hour, we sat down without the usual hassle of reading Google reviews. We've never made a happier choice! The very kind owner welcomes us and we enjoy an excellent pani cunzatu, bursting with truly delicious ingredients. Fair prices. A must-try!
