She made our experience one that we'll never forget. The wine she introduced us to was absolutely lovely and the food she paired with each glass with was delicious and perfect for the experience. 28/07/2025: Wonderful place, especially the beautifully kept, quiet garden with lights and decorations. We had a pizza tour, starting with appetizers of fried bread and chips, and finishing with traditional Sicilian desserts, gelato, and truffles. An evening to remember. Thanks to the staff and especially the chef, who were very talented.

26/07/2025: Locale chiassoso e servizio pessimo. Lento e poco gentile, ore ore di attesa per una semplice pizza, senza aria condizionata e musica dal vivo rimbomba in locale chiuso, con l’impossibilità di dialogare tra i commensali. Esperienza tragica

25/07/2025: I stayed for four days in May 2025 and had the best experience imaginable, mostly due to the great front desk staff and the service staff. The hotel is perfectly situated in the center of the upper part of town, and my room was a dream come true with a large balcony with a hot tub, overlooking the sea. Maria from the front desk, gave us a wonderful tour of city on our first day, and from there on I received great restaurant suggestions, destination advice and everything I needed from Ember, Danilo, Maria and the rest of the staff. I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Truly a five star experience that I will treasure for years to come.

15/06/2025: Home cooking, fresh homemade pasta, simple tasty and genuine sauces, all local products. The only flaw is getting there but it's worth it. Highly recommended.

11/08/2025: We stopped at the bar for a creamy granita, the best on Vulcano. On Stromboli, however, we tried the restaurant "Il Canneto," which makes even better granitas.
