22/02/2025: We went to Sagrè and had a truly refined culinary experience. We chose the four-course tasting menu, and each dish was a small masterpiece, with attention to the smallest details and full of well-balanced flavours. From the beginning we were pampered: the bread with homemade oil and the welcome from the chef immediately won us over. The service was impeccable, with attentive and professional staff who made the evening even more pleasant. I also really appreciated the small attentions, such as the basket for the bag - a detail that I always find very elegant - and a particular stopper for the wine which facilitated service, something I had never seen before and which I find truly brilliant! We had high expectations and feared a very high bill, but instead the price was absolutely adequate for the quality and experience offered. A restaurant to absolutely try for those looking for refined cuisine and an elegant atmosphere in Catania.

Abbiamo scelto il menu degustazione di quattro portate, e ogni piatto era un piccolo capolavoro, curato nei minimi dettagli e ricco di sapori ben equilibrati. Sin dall’inizio siamo stati coccolati: il pane con olio fatto in casa e il benvenuto dello chef ci hanno subito conquistati. Il servizio è stato impeccabile, con uno staff attento e professionale che ha reso la serata ancora più piacevole. Avevamo aspettative alte e temevamo un conto molto salato, invece il prezzo è stato assolutamente adeguato alla qualità e all’esperienza offerta. Un ristorante da provare assolutamente per chi cerca cucina ricercata e un’atmosfera elegante a Catania.

15/04/2025: One evening my boyfriend and I went for dinner and tried the arancinetti, I had a pizza and he had a sandwich. It was all delicious and of high quality, it's a shame that the dishes didn't arrive together.

13/03/2025: Wir haben das Lokal zufällig entdeckt, und waren vom Ambiente, der Qualität und Auswahl begeistert. Die verschiedenen Bruschette waren fantasiereich und aufwändig belegt. Die Pizzen waren schmackhaft aus dem Holzofen, der Service sehr angenehm und schnell.Gerne wieder!!

13/03/2025: Cozy pizzeria in the heart of Nicolosi, with a warm and familiar atmosphere. The staff is kind and attentive, always ready to recommend the best from the menu. The pizza has a light and fragrant dough, with fresh, quality ingredients. The meat specialties and typical Sicilian appetizers are also excellent. The restaurant has an air-conditioned internal room and a large terrace overlooking the central square, perfect for summer evenings. Fast service and honest prices. Absolutely a must try for anyone visiting Nicolosi! I will definitely go back.

04/08/2024: Historic kiosk in the historic center of Catania where you can taste many fruit syrups in frozen soda water. On summer days I always prefer to drink salt and lemon soda water.

30/03/2025: Very nice place where you can eat divinely! Mattia the owner and the guys in the room are super kind and friendly. What about the food, a SHOW OF GOODNESS. We were recommended by the manager of the B&B and it was the best choice, in fact we had dinner on 2 consecutive evenings. All courses are exquisite: fried paranza with beccafico sardines, paccheri with aubergines and swordfish, pasta alla norma, grilled red tuna, trofie with courgettes and prawns, mandarin sorbet and finally hot dessert with chocolate and pistachio cream, Sicilian cassata. Everything AMAZING! Super super highly recommended.

13/04/2025: Nice place, best to book. Good pizza choices, friendly owner and average prices. Be careful, they don't make french fries or other fried foods, which benefits your health and your clothes which at the end of the evening won't smell like frying as sometimes happens in certain places. I just hope that not being able to pay with the POS was just a coincidence, otherwise you will have to adapt. Advised.

20/02/2025: By now Bufalino is a consolidated reality. Anyone who wants to understand what the world of pizza is must pass through here and for a long time they will find no comparison. Obviously not just pizza and therefore you go to dinner with greater pleasure. Good wines and punctual service. It's difficult to find the same satisfaction elsewhere.

31/03/2025: Really good brioche, ice cream and granita. The croissants for breakfast are frozen and inedible. The young waiter who served us the first day was very kind and helpful, but the waiter the second time was lazy and didn't understand the questions we asked him. Too bad but after the last service we will never go back.
