Carlito's has become one of the go-to places for Mexican cuisine in Catania. I go there whenever I can, and the food never disappoints—everything is perfect.

Eating at Carlitos is always a pleasure. Delicious food, wonderful atmosphere. Even though it was Saturday and the place was packed, the wait was really short: we ate right after ordering, and the waiter who took our order gave us wonderful advice. It's a shame about the plump, dark-haired waitress who served us; I found her rather rude and unhelpful. Otherwise, everything was excellent! We'll definitely be back :)

This is by far the best Mexican/Tex-Mex restaurant we’ve been to outside of North America. We visited every night we stayed in Catania. It’s bumping every night (no surprise) but the service is still great!

Fantastic experience! The ingredients are top-notch, and the food is perfectly spiced. The sangria is delicious, and the churros were the icing on the cake. Highly recommended!

Nice place, friendly staff, good food, and reasonable prices. The only downside is the noise it creates and the inability to converse normally. It's too loud.

Scalia Comida Mexicana

02/02/2026: I went there for the first time and it was a real surprise. The food was exquisite, with balanced and authentic flavors. The sangria was also delicious. The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel at ease and often asking how everything was going. I really appreciated this "pampering." I recommend everyone to go there!
