09/02/2025: We stayed in this hotel to then spend a Sunday at Etna and be already in the area early in the morning. The hotel is very elegant, the rooms are spacious, both the quadruple and double rooms. The cleanliness is excellent both in the common areas and in the rooms. The hotel has both a restaurant and a small pub/bistro, both excellent but the best is the breakfast, with a vast choice from sweet to savory and also in drinks. The staff is very kind both at the reception and in the restaurant but above all super professional. It has a beautiful swimming pool that obviously given the seasonality we did not use. I recommend it to everyone, couples, groups of friends and families.

22/03/2025: Ideale per una serata tranquilla. Tutto ciò che abbiamo ordinato era ottimo. Il menù è ampio e offre alcune portate particolari (ottime le polpette di melanzane). I cunzatizzi (piatto di punta) erano croccanti e ben conditi, e la cheesecake alla birra è incredibile.

09/03/2025: I'll start by saying that I had never been there and I must say that I was very surprised by the variety of foods offered in the starters and the quality obviously no less. We booked for 8 and we all appreciated the good food proposed by the chef including the dessert which finally wasn't packaged but handcrafted, specifically a mimosa cake, a profitterol and a panna cotta, all three very good, the place was very quiet, a location not far out of town but quiet and away from city traffic, all in all a good experience, low costs.

08/03/2025: I traveled from Taormina to GIARRE and took the long-awaited train around Etna to RANDAZZO, but the Duomo I was looking for was closed and it was cold after the rain, so I stopped at this cafe. An elderly person made me a delicious cappuccino, and I was able to relax while looking at the wonderful decorations inside the store.

28/03/2025: The best cannoli I've ever eaten 😍 delicious coffee and other very tasty pastries. Also very nice and smiling service I highly recommend.
