We're giving it 4 stars because the menu didn't include bulk wine, only by the glass.
Otherwise, the food was good, the service was good, and the location was excellent, especially the outside.
The quality/price ratio was average.

Food: The Risotto Seafood was exceptional! Rice was cooked well. Lots of seafood that combined well with the rice and flavorful sauce. Spaghetti al Nero was delicious as well. It is something that you would come back for. The Mixed Fried Seafood that we shared was very good too. Cooked and seasoned perfectly.
Service: Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and made great recommendations. No problems for English speaking guests.
Ambiance: It could get chaotic as it is in the middle of the Fish Market. Their place offers tons of outside and indoor seating.
Value: Prices were reasonable for the quality of food and service.

After we ordered, the Catania salad arrived, even before the peppered mussels, which lacked any pepper, only oregano and a hint of vinegar (Catania recipe?). The staff reported that it wasn't oregano, but parsley. Next came swordfish rolls and a thin grilled swordfish steak, both accompanied by limp, oxidized salad, which we promptly sent back to the kitchen, while the grilled steak had cooled. So, after we reported it, the same dish was returned with a livelier, crispier salad. But the attentiveness and smiles of the staff were no match for the kitchen's shortcomings. The swordfish rolls would be better described as meatballs.
