Perfect dough, delicate and tasty pistachio cream, super creamy burrata, edge covered with pistachio grains to complete it all. A balance of flavors that conquers at the first bite. Absolutely a must try for every pistachio lover! ⭐️ Rating: 10/10

10/08/2025: Unfortunately, we didn't enjoy it. We tried the €24 appetizer for two, consisting of 10 courses: five were nice, but the other five seemed like they were just filling. For example, the green salad was inedible, the cheese was extremely dry, and there were figs with balsamic vinegar, a combination I don't understand how it could be included in an appetizer. We also had the French fries, but they were soft and tasted like they'd been soaked in water: completely inedible. For the main courses: the donkey meat was good, but with so much vinegar that it was inedible; the two fillets with gorgonzola, one cooked well and one requested medium, arrived with the main course practically raw. The chicken breast, on the other hand, was extremely dry. At the end, they offered us limoncello with some biscuits, but they weren't good either.

01/08/2025: Small restaurant in the center of Nicolosi. Very pleasant waiters. The antipasto platter is very good and perfect for nibbling on Italian cheeses and charcuterie, but be warned: it's very generous... The terrace is a little noisy due to traffic.

26/07/2025: We came for dinner with my family, honestly after a few years. What can I say? The pizzas were truly delicious... but especially one of their specialties, the yellow squash pizza with ferla mushrooms and burrata... the best pizza I've ever tasted. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable, and the service was very fast. The lady was very kind, as always.

11/06/2025: Seit meiner Reise ab Neapel habe ich rohen Fisch in verschiedensten Varianten probiert – dieses Erlebnis war mit Abstand das Beste. Höchste Qualität, zart, aromatisch und wunderschön angerichtet. Auch der frittierte Oktopus auf Orangenscheiben war ein absolutes Highlight – außen knusprig, innen zart, perfekt abgestimmt mit dem Dip. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der Service: Unsere Kinder wurden ganz selbstverständlich nach ihren Wünschen gefragt – und es wurden extra Gerichte zubereitet, die nicht einmal auf der Karte standen. So aufmerksam und herzlich erlebt man das selten. Ein Tisch für morgen ist bereits reserviert. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Wer Fisch auf Top-Niveau und echten Service schätzt, ist hier genau richtig.

04/06/2025: We spent 11 nights at this wonderful, small but perfectly formed hotel on the east coast in Riposto and were thoroughly pampered. The hotel is kept very clean. The staff was friendly and very attentive. We enjoyed a delicious, freshly prepared breakfast every day. The pool area is quite large for its 14 rooms and is very well maintained. Many thanks to the SAR team for a wonderful stay. Grazie!

On the waiter's recommendation, we ordered typical local dishes: a caponata appetizer, a first course (swordfish busiate), and a portion of swordfish rolls with citrus fruits. 13/07/2025: Questo posto ci è stato consigliato dal mio, unico, pescivendolo di fiducia. È una trattoria quindi non ci si aspetta forse una qualità cosi alta del pesce invece è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa, al pari o anche superiore di altri ristoranti di pesce blasonati. Siamo amanti del pesce fresco e lo cucino diverse volte a settimana, motivo per cui, trovare un buon ristorante di pesce non sempre è facile per noi. L’esperienza con questo ristorante è stata eccellente, pesce buonissimo, cucinato a regola d’arte, giuste quantità e prezzi onesti. Gamberi, scampi e spada crudi buonissimi, frittura asciuttissima con vero pesce e veri calamari freschi, ostriche strapiene, involtini di spada e di alici davvero squisiti, sembravano caramelline, insalata di polpo SUPERLATIVA, polpo morbido e ben condito. Il proprietario, il signor Giancarlo, disponibile, mai invadente, pronto a darti i giusti consigli, rapido in servizio. Ci torneremo presto. Che altro dire, straconsigliato.

03/08/2025: Serata piacevolissima, cibo di eccellente qualità, materia prima freschissima e trasformata in piatti buonissimi e belli da vedere. Servizio impeccabile, le ragazze hanno servito con grande professionalità, gentilezza e competenza, aggiungendo gradevolezza alla splendida serata. Prezzi onesti, in linea con la qualità del cibo, del servizio e della location. Caffè e amaro offerti a fine cena graditissimi, una piccola coccola. Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo.

09/06/2025: It was a fabulous experience... we come from Turin, my wife and I were in Catania for work... and we came to them recommended on Thursday and Friday evening. The passion of the girl at the tables makes you feel the enthusiasm and love they put into it. And we found all this love in the dishes: they are one word FABULOUS. On the first day we had a fish soup, then paccheri with fish and almonds and then a fried food. The sauces were mixed together like on few occasions we have found. The desserts were also superlative. On the second day we varied with 3 other appetizers and a new first course of scialatelli always with fish, pine nuts etc. and then with a fish and eggplant skewer. Everything fabulous. Our compliments because we almost never write reviews but you made me think of Montalbano and how much he loved good Catania food. Congratulations, keep it up because we found all the love you put into your dishes. Andrea and Viktoria
