Food was very good, had carpaccio of tuna, sardines beccafico and pasta with stew of amberjack. Service was not top notch (had to ask for a water bottle 3 times before it arrived). The most irritating thing was that a guy (that for us seemed like an employee or owner) sat down at the neighbour table and started to scroll through reels on fb or Instagram with his phone on max volume… The waiters did not brother either, it seemed. So the atmosphere for the meal was destroyed.

We had dinner inside the restaurant, which was very cozy and had a nice atmosphere. The food was quite good; the dishes seemed well-prepared and everything tasted good, but the portions were small. It's not a bad place to eat, but I wouldn't go back because there are so many better options in Catania.

The food is amazing, the place has a really nice vibe to it, however the waiting time for us was really long. About 30 minutes until our food arrived.

05/04/2026: Our «go-to-place» in Riposto for excellent food, service and wine. Very friendly and competent staff also with regards to wine. Recommended!
02/04/2026: The food was excellent and truly unique—refined Italian cuisine that you don’t find everywhere. Each dish is beautifully presented, reflecting the chef’s creativity and attention to detail, with a quality comparable to a top French restaurant, yet at a very reasonable price. The chef also offers his own special wine, which I really enjoyed. Although there was no kids’ menu or standard salads, he kindly prepared a delicious pasta ragù for the children and a fresh, customized salad for me.
