I stay at this family run Hotel in Sicily exceeded my expectations in every way! Having stayed at different accommodations across Europe, I can confidently say that their cleanliness and comfort here are exceptional! The Hotel renovated two years ago is extremely well maintained. The bathroom was bright, clean and equipped with all you need, including strong water pressure and hot water :) All staff, including housekeeping, reception restaurant, staff and owner are very welcoming and friendly! ( always smile!!) Despite the language barrier, communication was smooth and the hospitality was outstanding! Breakfast was thoughtfully prepared at request time and was fresh and delicious!! I would godly return to this hotel on my next visit to Sicily and would stay for an even longer period!!!

I've known this place for 19 years, and it has always been excellent. It's very clean, the food is delicious, and the people and staff are incredibly welcoming. Highly recommended! Congratulations for all! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Arriving in Catania after a trip and a terrible experience at another hotel we'd booked online, we found ourselves at 2:00 a.m., with nowhere to go, a small child, and a deep disappointment. At that moment, we contacted this hotel and received a response from a young man of truly rare kindness and humanity. I'll never forget his words: "Madam, don't worry, we'll see what we can do right away." Even though it was very late and he was practically leaving, he stopped to help us. They only had a double room available, and I, genuinely desperate, told him anything would be fine. When we arrived, we were speechless: the room was beautiful, clean, welcoming, and well-kept. But the thing that thrilled me most was finding a bed made up for my daughter, everything organized in the middle of the night, with a care that is truly rare these days. They literally saved our evening and made us feel welcomed as people, not just customers. Professionalism, kindness, availability, and above all, infinite humanity. I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly: five stars aren't enough to describe how wonderful we felt and how much we were supported during a difficult time. Thank you so much for everything; I'll cherish this wonderful gesture forever. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is so welcoming! The staff are so friendly and accommodating, especially Maria Teresa. Rooms are clean, airy and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and abundant. The evening meals are so diverse, fresh and we were presented with such a lovely selection of local delicacies and dishes. The location is ideal to explore the surrounding areas, and very peaceful and quiet.

Everything was perfect, excellent food, attentive and knowledgeable staff, I will definitely be back
