01/04/2025: mi piace spendere due paroline in maniera positiva…anzi in maniera strepitosa. abbiamo preso io e la mia ragazza un antipasto (buttata al tartufo e il tagliere misto) successivamente abbiamo preso una pasta alla carbonara e una pizza margherita… tutto molto buono… locale accogliente, caloroso e pulito. il servizio molto giovane, sorridente e molto allegro! ci rivedremo presto!! ritornerò

31/03/2025: una serata tranquilla con amici, abbiamo mangiato benissimo, la pizza era davvero buonissima, impasto molto leggero. un ringraziamento speciale va a giuseppe e gianmaria, molto gentili ma soprattutto professionali. complimenti.

30/03/2025: Great restaurant to eat at. It's definitely not cheap but the quality of the food and the goodness of the dishes are worth it. Definitely worth a try! All the dishes we tried were delicious!

11/03/2025: Locale in pieno centro. Carino, luminoso e ben arredato. Antipasti discreti, ma mi aspettavo molto di più, visto le recensioni passate. Il pesce è fresco ma la grigliata mista è stata una delusione, troppo cotta, (gusto del pesce azzerato) e quantità minimale: un gamberone, mezza fetta di pesce spada e un calamaro gommoso. Servizio non di mio gradimento. Prezzo nella la media. Non ci tornerei. Peccato, basterebbe un minimo di attenzione in più nel servizio ed in cucina.

08/03/2025: Very friendly and courteous service, fresh fish dishes prepared with skill. Simple but welcoming location, wines from Sicilian cellars. I recommend taking the cold appetizers and the paccheri with shrimp and cherry tomatoes.

05/04/2025: If you want to enjoy really good sushi 🍣. This is the place to go. It is not an all you can eat, the menu is à la carte. But I guarantee you an unforgettable experience of taste and presentation truly like few others. The Wagyu Butter Crema Roll and the Bamba Roll are an explosion of flavours. What I recommend to managers is a few more attentive waiters in the room. For the rest 5 well deserved stars.

08/03/2025: Excellent pizza. Neapolitan style but with a huge variety of pizzas. It is also possible to eat on site. Another important thing...... pizza delivery time respected. Pizza chef Gianfranco very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

12/01/2025: Nice bar, perfect for those who like a snack and not only that you can also find sweets such as biscuits, cakes and ice cream, what can I say, it is one of the best bars in the province of Catania. I congratulate the owner of the bar Dino Russo who does his job to the maximum and with consistency its employees are also courteous, kind and ready for any customer request I highly recommend it!!!

09/03/2025: It can't get better than this. Efficiency, every half hour there is new stuff, let's say sold on the fly. Good pastry, breakfast and snack food production, if you don't try you've missed out on the taste and pleasure of the gluttony.

09/04/2025: The thinnest, crispiest pizza I've ever eaten. He approached the crackers. Seasoning as a sprinkle. At least they have no demands on the price. Humble environment and polite staff. Central location and a few tables outside. Too bad the pizza was too thin and crunchy.

01/04/2025: Went to docalquadrato (Via Clementi) with a group for happy hour and booked the table in advance. It was a really rainy day so we sat inside which was really cozy and inviting. Wine cellar vibes with open kitchen where you can see how they prepare the snacks. Our waiter Chris was really nice and also the rest of the staff! The chef is a very creative young guy who is also offering cooking classes at the place (one was just taking place while we were there and it smelled amazing and created a really nice atmosphere of being at home in the kitchen of a real Italian family). The charcuterie board was super tasty! Would definitely come back and recommend the place! Thanks for the hospitality!

29/03/2025: Ci siamo fermati per una veloce cena prima di raggiungere alcuni amici e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della gentilezza dei ragazzi che lavorano al doc. Ottima scelta di piatti che offrono prodotti locali e notevole la gamma dei vini. Lo consiglio!
