08/07/2025: Delicious: The restaurant beautifully combines local ingredients, excellent service, and a wow factor, creating a truly wonderful experience. I went with my girlfriend for her birthday, and both the sommelier and the two waitresses were very friendly and attentive. When I mentioned the need to change a dish due to an ingredient, they offered a similar solution, which I thought was an excellent detail.

10/06/2025: An experience not to be missed among the starred restaurants in Sicily. Chefs Colonnetta and Patti, masters of hospitality, manage to make you live a unique experience in the gastronomic panorama. Another peculiarity, compared to other starred restaurants, is the not too formal spirit that distinguishes them. Nino, the maitre-sommelier, enhances each course with his explanations and wine pairing. The waiters are kind and professional. The dishes are studied in every detail with various references to Sicilian traditions, often taking you back to childhood memories. Finally, the desserts, in particular, our pear and chocolate was a revelation both to the sight and to the palate. An experience and a journey that enrich you.

13/07/2025: A great restaurant with an owner who knows how to cook! Everything is freshly prepared and cooked with love. His family helps him. Located on Piazza Mazzini, with a great view, three minutes from Piazza Duomo. A really good place.

Among the many restaurants I've tried in Sicily, this is one of the best. 01/08/2025: Da fuori si presenta molto bene, tra l'altro in una zona molto centrale e frequentata. Bellissima l'idea di cenare quasi sotto le stelle. Andiamo al menù che ho preso: Bruschette ottime, poi la tragedia con la tagliata di carne che, oltre ad essere presentata male, era composta più da grasso che da carne tanto che l'ho mangiata assolutamente senza voglia ma solo perché avevo fame ma non ci tornerei più. Poi la pizza che ha preso mio padre era fredda oltre che non c'era il vero prosciutto di Parma ma una sua brutta copia. Ce ne siamo andati davvero amareggiati e delusi.

04/07/2025: A beautiful restaurant with a huge wine list. The chef's dishes are spectacular! Good value for money for both food and drinks. We waited a little longer for the food, but it was good. The portions are huge. The risotto was made with parboiled rice, a faux pas. I also don't understand why all the fish products in a restaurant in Catania have to be frozen. The chef could surely do better! The caponata was divine. The fish appetizers were delicious, but the frozen products were completely unnecessary. Very friendly service!

30/07/2025: I've been going to Tumanji practically since it opened, and it was love at first sight, as I'm a fan of movies and TV series, a theme that runs throughout the place. Valerio is always kind, and what struck me most was the attention and care he puts into making the sandwiches, leaving nothing to chance.
