Purchased some doves. Classic and stuffed. Both the pasta and all the fillings are super excellent. To date I have not eaten better doves. Owner then at the top. Helpful and super kind.

We tried the colombe (pear and chocolate, pistachio and berries) and...enjoyed it! High quality products, true craftsmanship. To all this must be added the professionalism, availability and friendliness of the young and resourceful entrepreneur Angelo.

The real pistachio! Every year at Christmas and Easter we take colomba and pistachio panettone: excellent dough, soft, balanced and not too sugary, the right amount of pistachio. Shipping organized even in the busiest periods of the year. Never disappointed.

I ordered panettone from the website to be mailed to my address. To my surprise Angelo delivered the most amazing panettone to my house himself. The quality of this panettone is unbeatable and the service provided was impeccable. Angelo went above and beyond representing his brand.

I know the Santa Rita bakery through a friend, we usually go there despite the distance from Catania, every time it's a pleasure, tasty focaccias like no other, artisanal desserts, but above all in the most awaited moment of the year, its panettone with pistachio, spectaculus!!!

I love Sicily, its scents, its flavours, and this is why at every occasion I look for artisanal products to taste also in my homeland, Calabria, so as to go back with taste and smell to my unforgettable summer holidays on this wonderful island. This year I happened to visit the online site of this small village bakery, which apparently hosts people with big, big hearts. Angelo, a boy my age, polite, witty, hardworking and generous. I contacted him on WhatsApp because I was struck by the description of a truly artisanal work and with the use of 0 km and of great importance materials such as the ancient grains of Sicily, a wealth that must absolutely be protected. In answering my questions he was humble, correct, professional, friendly and generous at the same time. Generosity that I then found when completing my online order as it gave me the opportunity to make an extra donation which they would then use to donate their products during the holidays to the less fortunate families in their community. All this demonstrates the healthy roots of this family-run business and of all the people who work there with passion and desire to enhance their land, without forgetting to enhance their fellow citizens first and foremost. This is a credit to them and should make us all reflect. This is why they deserve a 5-star review even before tasting! Keep it up!!💯🔝

It was a positive surprise! The guy at the check is always very kind and you can really taste the authentic and genuin taste of Sicily. Es war für mich eine positive Überraschung! Der Mann an der Kasse ist immer sehr nett und man kann den authentischen und echten Siziliens Geschmack schmecken.
