23/09/2025: A delightful discovery in Catania. Traditional dishes revisited, excellent food, and plenty of it. We also recommend visiting the cave!

06/10/2025: Recommend by our local tour guide. We tried it for lunch. Very tasty food and good prices. We arrived at 12:30 no one was there. Leaving at 2:00 the place is packed. Reservations seem to be needed. The ricotta cheese cake is a must have, fresh and soft but not too sweet.

03/10/2025: Excellent dishes. We tried the octopus as a starter, and the Linguine al pesce spada and squid nero as main courses. We loved it! The wine was also very good, and the service was professional. The waiters were attentive and friendly. Thank you very much.

25/09/2025: The food here was very creative and tasty. I had the "lasagna" which was layers of steak and vegetables with melted cheese on top and it was excellent. My wife had the gluten free pasta and that was also very good. One of the best meals we've had in our two weeks here in Sicily. Anil the waiter was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately there was hardly anyone there when we were there and the interior was a bit basic.

04/09/2025: An excellent experience. A modest menu reflects Chef Dedé's philosophy and research. The dishes are truly excellent, the wine list is well-curated, and the service is impeccable. We'll definitely be back to visit the Chef and try new dishes!

29/09/2025: The food was not good. I ordered tuna, which was overcooked,served with marinated onions and red cabbage salad. The bread was stale. The wine was weak, the prices were not cheap. However, when I complained that the tuna was overcooked, they took it off from my bill. My husband ordered fried seafood, which was served with a fresh red cabbage salad. I don't think it goes well with seafood. I won't comment on this restaurant.

13/08/2025: A truly fantastic place to spend a wonderful holiday with friends and family. You can find whatever you're looking for. I would definitely recommend it.

25/05/2025: We call on a Saturday evening to find out if there is availability for 9 people, the guy answers yes even if a little hesitantly, as if I were making fun of him. We easily found parking and sat down shortly after our arrival. I ask to be able to order for the children, the waiter says to send me his colleague who however arrives after at least 15 minutes. We order, we receive half of the drinks ordered and, as soon as some potatoes arrive, we ask for the other drinks, but this time too the waiter turns a deaf ear and heads towards other tables that, although they arrived after us, were served first. Absent waiters, halfway through the dinner they warn us of missing products ordered (products such as raw ham, to be clear!) and, having ordered badly, they bring us a dish we did not order (we ask for roast potatoes and they bring grilled meat, calling it roast!) Reading the reviews we expected 5-star cuisine which unfortunately was only an illusion; good baked sausage, decent pork shank... Pinsa undefined, rubbery and with mozzarella piled up. The worst thing, however, was the waiting staff, while we were at the cash register the two boys rejoiced that we had gotten up, too bad that once caught they imitated some phantom TIC, something like that in a place like that is unacceptable. Advise the lady to review the staff from scratch The only positive note of the evening, the 1lt glass bottle of Coca Cola!

06/10/2025: I went there recently with my girlfriend, and I had a very good experience. fish is super good and largely abundant. The price, furthermore, is very low, including water and wine. Definitely recommended. Top dish: grilled mix. great white fish, very well cooked.

09/10/2025: On our honeymoon for 10 days in Sicily, our taste buds were captivated by the lovely family atmosphere and the quality of the food we enjoyed. Try the parmigiana: a delight in the mouth, melting and succulent. A big thank you to Carmelita for the quality of her welcome, and for her mother's delicious cooking.

24/08/2025: Well, what can I say...fantastic pizza, not surprisingly, two slices of red prawn...good prices and a lot of variety. Super-fast service and preparation...it's a must here in Riposto.

14/10/2025: We enjoyed a delicious lunch here. What a treat! The vegetarian lunch was also wonderful. A magnificent view of Etna. We will definitely return, this time with an overnight stay.

30/09/2025: My wife and I visited for a cooking class. We had a wonderful time! Irene was a gracious host and the chefs taught us how to prepare a fantastic Sicilian meal. The venue, the food, the wine, the staff… everything was exceptional. When we return to Sicily we will certainly be staying with them.

05/10/2025: This bistro is located in the quiet square of the Baroque church of Santa Rita. Our visit was a real pleasure, thanks to the quality of the food and drinks. The staff was very friendly, and even gave us the unique opportunity to visit the little church opposite, which would have been closed at the time.

23/08/2025: Our go-to place in Caltagirone. We stayed at Memá for three nights after a stay in Sicily. Its terrace is wonderful, with great music and a relaxing atmosphere. I can say the wine list is good, as I tried Nero Davola, which was very good and I returned several times. The food is well-prepared, without frills, but high-quality. The prices are very good. Dinner with wine, starter, and main course is €50 for two people. If you're looking for a quality, peaceful retreat with a chic atmosphere, this is your place.
