Beautiful place and top sushi. I took advantage of the Uramakao formula for dinner with which you can order as many dishes as you want including the formula (there is a limit of four dishes per person per order, but you can order multiple times). It definitely falls among the most recommended sushi beams. I will be back to try the rest of the menu.

Among the best sushi in Catania hands down. The location is modern, beautiful and welcoming. The strong point of this huramakeria are the combinations of raw materials, nothing to do with the all-you-can-eat classics. From the first bite you can perceive the quality of the products!

Delicious sushi. Really all the varieties we tried were convincing. The food is absolutely worth the price. Have been there 3 times now and it wasn't the last time. Unfortunately, the service is sometimes really good and sometimes not so good. On the bench, metal wires stick into your back and, in the worst case scenario, destroy your top. We pointed this out the first time, but even on our third visit there was no change, a shame...

Let me start by saying that I didn't realize it was Brazilian cuisine and I thought it was a Japanese restaurant. Despite this I found it innovative and a different experience... for the first half hour, after which everything became stringy and heavy. Let me explain better: as soon as we sat down we appreciated the varied and very innovative menu, especially uramaki obviously and we enthusiastically appreciated what we had in the first order, perhaps luckily in what we chose as the first course. Of course, the inventiveness and the choice is varied and the uramaki are good, but after the first order everything became heavy (especially the rice) and much of the rest was almost flavourless, even though we were still hungry, the sashimi fell apart and was a little bland, you could only taste the garlic in the gyoza... In short, taking away some excellent uramaki, we didn't like the rest very much. An appreciation though for the bao and the prawn tempura. I'll make a point in advance, I didn't say that I don't like the cuisine itself, the problem lies in what was listed above. A new experience but one that we won't do again in this place.

Per quanto ricercato possa apparire lo stile culinario promulgato dal locale, di fatto esso può essere suddiviso in due anime distinte: con una parte fusion brasiliana/giapponese e una puramente giapponese con formula "All You Can Eat". Parlerò SOLO della seconda, in quanto non prendendo nulla alla carta, non sarebbe corretto esprimere pareri sul quel tipo di esperienza. Dunque, più che un problema reale di qualità del cibo nell'"All You Can Eat", quello che sorprende sono delle lacune gestionali che non ci si aspetta di vedere al giorno d'oggi in locali che offrono tale formula. Nomino solo le maggiori: - Menu con piatti numerati ma senza un ordine. - Menu con piatti senza immagini e a volte con minime descrizioni. - Menu solo digitale (per vari motivi, la mia connessione dati ed il wifi non hanno funzionato, ho dovuto ordinare da un altro cellulare). - Limite massimo di pezzi per singolo ordine comunicato solo al momento dell'ordine stesso. - Prezzo differente tra quanto mostrato nel sito web (26.90€) e poi nel menu digitale del locale (28.90€). E ve ne sono altre minori che non elenco. In generale, se uniamo questi difetti ad un locale già piccolino, con tavoli attaccati e camerieri che urtano tavoli e sedie di continuo per servire altri clienti, l'esperienza degrada immensamente. Devo dire quindi che non ci siamo trovati benissimo. Immagino e spero che la parte fusion brasiliana/giapponese sopperisca alle mancanze gestionali della formula All You Can Eat. Ritengo infatti, al momento, impossibile pensare di puntare su tale formula con l'attuale sistema e sperare di competere con locali in zona specializzati e molto più attrezzati nel gestire tale modello di cucina.
