08/06/2026: Dare I say this is one of the best pizzerias in Nicolosi? No! I've tried them all and can confidently say the quality and service are unmatched. We had dinner for six, and were greeted with an excellent welcome appetizer. The timing of our selection and ordering was impeccable. Special thanks to the wait staff. As the maître d', I appreciated that the napkin change was handled with the necessary care, a practice usually reserved only for luxury hotels. The wait staff (who proved discreet and professional) even brought my wife a new napkin with clips... This isn't a common behavior in a pizzeria, so this tells me the staff was carefully selected. Let's get to the pizza! All the pizzas arrived at the same time, cooked to perfection and with excellent toppings. My guests were delighted, and the evening was a success. Thanks to this place, which unfortunately is a bit of an outsider in the province of Catania. I hope to return soon, if possible.

Very good pizza, the Norwegian one: accompanied and garnished with smoked salmon, walnuts, arugula, buffalo mozzarella, and finally that lemon-flavored oil 🍋, which gave it that special touch. Thanks to the staff, whose kind and almost pampering manners. Yes, we had a great time 👍

25/05/2026: I'm writing this review as soon as it's out, beautiful and sparkling. I'm a huge restaurant expert, and this will definitely be one of my top 10 favorites in the world. The spaghetti with clams was, as they say in English, tidy, PERFECT. The parsley in every dish was crunchy. The people around me were nice and friendly, the service was honest, nothing fake, and the house wine is best avoided; it goes down beautifully.

14/04/2026: On the recommendation of the B&B where we were staying, we booked a 5:00 PM dinner for two, one of whom was celiac. Despite the short notice, they were able to serve us excellent dishes, including gluten-free options, minimizing the difference between the dishes. The portions might be considered small, but given the complexity of the preparations and flavors, they're considered adequate. Everything was more than excellent, including the recommended wine.

Seby Sorbello's cuisine showcases each ingredient with great precision, without excess but with a well-defined personality. Sea and land interact harmoniously in every dish, expressed through balanced contrasts and refined textures. The spaghetti is excellent, intense and balanced, as is the dessert, delicate and never cloying, an elegant conclusion to the meal. The presentation is also meticulously crafted, simple and refined. The service is attentive, discreet, and always punctual, while the wine list intelligently complements each course. A restaurant that combines technique, flavor, and identity, leaving a lasting and pleasant memory. Recommended for those seeking refined yet authentic cuisine.

20/05/2026: Unfortunately, the quality of the raw materials has declined compared to last time, and we've fallen to a medium-low commercial level that doesn't suit Catania, the home of fish. I hope they understand this in time.

30/04/2026: One of my best meals in Italy! The gluten free vegan pesto gnocchi was amazing - best I’ve ever had. The fish of the day was incredible too. Highly recommended, perfectly located next to the park.

14/04/2026: While in town for work, I recently ate at this self-service restaurant on a recommendation. Being in the industry, I can confirm that the ingredients are both fresh and defrosted/chilled. Unfortunately, what I didn't appreciate at all was the food: simple, poorly prepared dishes loaded with oil, vinegar, and salt, as if trying to cover them up. I'm referring to a simple, tasteless, and disjointed pasta dish with clams, or a vinegary octopus salad. The place has become a tourist hotspot, and I know you can tell by the prices, which are based on sentiment. For identical dishes, I paid two different bills, adding almost €10 to the price. What a shame.

01/05/2026: Even though it's just a few hundred meters from my house, I wasn't familiar with this trattoria. It was recommended to me, and I wanted to try it. A truly perfect choice! It's a family-friendly atmosphere, with an all-female team that welcomes you warmly and does everything they can to meet your needs and tastes. We had delicious express pasta and incredibly fresh fish, both plentiful and prepared in an open kitchen, where you can see how fresh and clean everything is. But what struck me most, and what I want to highlight, is the love and care with which the owner cooked and plated the food, because it was noticeable even from a distance. 13/04/2026: I was here in this magnificent restaurant, very welcoming and well-kept environment, I ate really well, I started with a mixed rustic appetizer and we integrated the appetizers that were not included in the dish. The melted Tuma cheese rated 10. Winter dishes were carefully prepared and well served. The staff very professional and friendly. They recommended a really excellent wine, a Syrah Case Alte di Macelarotto, I recommend it. We had two first courses, spaghetti carbonara with bacon and truffle shavings and a first course of pappardelle with asparagus, speck and cream cheese. We moved on to dessert with a fig and chocolate tart and a chocolate and pear tart, unfortunately I did not find the taste I was hoping for. I will be back to try many of your other dishes because it was a positive experience. Fresh products and a variety of choices on the menu. Excellent value for money. Recommended.

The food is good, and the cocktails and wines are equally good. Recommended for those looking for a nice place to spend an evening with friends. Special mention goes to the staff, especially Giuseppe and Edoardo, who are friendly and approachable.
