A great place for an aperitif with friends. Nice, multicultural atmosphere. Tourists. A popular place for passing through and meeting people. Well-made drinks and food, too; perfect for dinner.

Excellent stracciatella-anchovy tostadas and vermouth frizz. The non-alcoholic cherry cocktail wasn't very interesting and was too sweet. Pleasant and quick service.

Quality food, nice atmosphere, but uncomfortable chairs. Food isn't served on plates; you have to eat directly from the dishes. Terrible bathrooms.

Atmospheric Italian spot! Tasty snacks, at a good price, enough to sample many delicacies. Drinks are quite cheap, but they seem watered down. Cheap house wine!

A top spot in Catania. A snack at lunchtime, a glass of vermouth in the evening outside in the alley, a cozy evening for two or with friends... Despite the crowds, the reservation/waiting list system works quite well. The products, wine, salumi, etc., are all first-class 👍🏼 Dorotea is too 🏆😉

For a city like Catania, which is full of bars and nightlife, this was our favorite! Excellent vibe, great bohemian atmosphere. A wide-ranging food menu, specializing in small tapas-style snacks, all excellent! And a great selection of liquors and vermouth of every kind you can imagine, in different preparations! Reasonable prices. Great place, one of my favorites in Catania.

An unmissable aperitivo in Catania. Recommended by locals, and they were right. Be careful with the portions: they're generous. If you're planning on dinner, order a small portion. Highly recommended.

06/06/2026: What can I say? It's hard to find a flaw. I was invited to a fiftieth wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful evening. The location was well-maintained, with a beautiful internal lawn. The aperitif and dinner were first-class. The chef really knows his job, and the staff was discreet and very attentive. It was a pleasant surprise.

08/06/2026: Dare I say this is one of the best pizzerias in Nicolosi? No! I've tried them all and can confidently say the quality and service are unmatched. We had dinner for six, and were greeted with an excellent welcome appetizer. The timing of our selection and ordering was impeccable. Special thanks to the wait staff. As the maître d', I appreciated that the napkin change was handled with the necessary care, a practice usually reserved only for luxury hotels. The wait staff (who proved discreet and professional) even brought my wife a new napkin with clips... This isn't a common behavior in a pizzeria, so this tells me the staff was carefully selected. Let's get to the pizza! All the pizzas arrived at the same time, cooked to perfection and with excellent toppings. My guests were delighted, and the evening was a success. Thanks to this place, which unfortunately is a bit of an outsider in the province of Catania. I hope to return soon, if possible.
04/06/2026: Well! Very good pizza, the Norwegian one: accompanied and garnished with smoked salmon, walnuts, arugula, buffalo mozzarella, and finally that lemon-flavored oil 🍋, which gave it that special touch. Thanks to the staff, whose kind and almost pampering manners. Yes, we had a great time 👍
