Definitely worth trying to appreciate the Chef's dishes and culinary art. Everything was excellent and tasty from the starters to the dessert. There are some small things to improve in the service in order to give the place the missing touch compared to the standard proposed on an advertising and also economic level. Lastly, coffee (at least ours) is something disgusting and to be avoided.

Excellent food, courtesy, professionalism. We arrived looking for a restaurant on the web, at the last moment. If we find ourselves in Zafferana again we will certainly return.

Nice restaurant, in a welcoming environment, where you can eat and chat. The dishes were excellent in terms of presentation, quality and flavor pairings. We took two seafood tasting menus and two land tasting menus. Certainly close enough to a starred restaurant, several extra courses on the menu, to certainly improve the service which was in some cases clumsy and not very accurate, considering that even though there were four of us, the seafood menus arrived first and after a few minutes the land ones. Worth mentioning are the tagliolini with porcini mushrooms, excellent cod and the amazing almond absolute. Some starters were a little disappointing. But all of excellent quality. Excellent value for money . Definitely worth trying

Innamorati dell’arte culinaria dello chef Sorbello, ogni qual volta si torna nel suo ristorante è un’esplosione di sapori che si fondono, rivisitando in chiave innovativa, gourmet, la tradizione della nostra terra sicula.

Ogni anniversario di matrimonio io e mia moglie proviamo un ristorante stellato o di fascia alta. Siamo finiti per caso in questo ristorante a causa di un disguido con un altro locale e devo dire che la serata si è rivelata una splendida scoperta. Avevo sentito parlare di Seby Sorbello e finalmente abbiamo avuto l'occasione di provare il suo locale. Che dire, è entrato a piè pari nella nostra top 3 dei migliori ristoranti in provincia! Abbiamo preso un menù degustazione da 9 portate mare e terra e un antipasto con secondo. Oltre a ciò che si ordina, si viene accolti con diverse portate di benvenuto sia salati a inizio pasto che dolci a conclusione. Tutti i piatti sono stati strepitosi! Servizio ottimo, presentazione molto curata, estetica dei piatti ricercata, sapori ben miscelati e mai banali. Nulla da invidiare ad altri ristoranti stellati, anzi sono sicuro che arriverà perché lo merita davvero. Per finire prezzi adeguati ma molto al di sotto dei suddetti ristoranti stellati pur non invidiando alcunché. Ci torneremo prestissimo!
