12/05/2026: GREAT! We had the Thai antipasti. Then the Pat Thai, which was also surprisingly good and authentic. The Italian pasta dish was also good. The owner/wife of the restaurant is Thai, hence the authentic cuisine. 👌 Delicious!

04/05/2026: We came to I Templari for my birthday lunch. We live in Sicily and found this restaurant a few years ago and loved the Thai food that they offer, which is not easy to find here, especially at a quaint restaurant in the mountains. We arrived on a Sunday and were told that they only had a fixed menu for the day. I told the owner that we came up to celebrate my birthday and have some of their delicious Thai food. He spoke with the chef who said they would be happy to make us whatever we wanted. The Pad Thai and appetizer plate was absolutely delicious and what I was hoping for! Thank you for going out of your way to make my day very special!

29/05/2026: If you want rotisserie chicken from this place, you need a strategy. While staying nearby, I reached a point in my Sicily trip where I needed a break from the copious amounts of pasta, pizza, and tomato sauce I was eating. I was on a mission to find protein. We tried twice. The first time, they were sold out. The second time, we arrived to find chickens still turning on the rotisserie, only to learn they had all been reserved. At that point, I wasn’t accepting defeat. I was determined. On day three, I called ahead and reserved a chicken for pickup. It was absolutely worth the effort. We left with a whole rotisserie chicken, roasted potatoes, french fries, eggplant Parmesan, stuffed mushrooms, and two large bottled beers. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The chicken was perfectly cooked and exactly what I had been craving. What surprised us most was the value. We ordered what felt like enough food for a small army and somehow spent only around €20. It was not only one of the most affordable meals of our trip, but also one of the most satisfying and we still had enough leftovers for lunch the next day. Wonderful food, incredible value, and friendly service. My only advice: if you have your heart set on the chicken, call ahead. Trust me on this one. *This is a takeaway place.*

11/06/2026: Beautiful view and a good restaurant. Personally I think this place would be best as a group and you can share some plates as they are quite large. I went by myself and was absolutely stuffed. I didn’t make the best choices for myself as I ordered things that were very rich, but that’s on me. Overall it was a pleasant dinner and the staff and service were excellent. It’s a large farm and much of the produce comes directly from the farm, which is nice. I had dessert (forgot to photograph) of little pastries filled with ricotta and pistachio paste, these were not to my taste. But again I think this was more my choices than the restaurant. I will definitely go again and try different things from the menu.
