05/08/2024: My girlfriend and I had lunch here as soon as we arrived in Favignana. Needless to say, out of the 4 days we spent there, we ate at this place 3 times🤣 We had the chance to try a little bit of everything; the anelletti were delicious and the ice fish fritters were excellent but what won us over the most was the fried iris; a brioche bread filled with ragù or ham, breaded and fried. Marvelous.

16/07/2024: Non si può non andare a gustare almeno uno dei favolosi panini .Il pane è meraviglioso così come tutti gli ingredienti, la scelta è veramente ampia e gustosa. Il locale si trova nella piazza principale di Avola, dispone di tavoli all'aperto per poter gustare al meglio le specialità.Grazie al signor Massimo per averci illustrato la scelta e la storia degli ingredienti dei suoi favolosi panini. Consigliatissimo!!!

30/06/2024: My wife is gluten intolerant and the possibility of enjoying a "real" sandwich is often precluded for her. Here at venire a Tastari it is different: the choice of artisanally produced gluten-free bread, the selected raw materials of the highest quality, the love with which Massimo, the owner, talks about his creations, make the culinary experience fantastic and give guests celiacs the true pleasure of "eating well", without any preclusions. Obviously this also applies to those who are not gluten intolerant. Our palates were delighted by absolute delicacies! A riot of refined flavors and aromas, the Ro Zu Turi sandwich! 02/09/2024: Das Novè in Taormina ist vermutlich die Institution für alles rund um Pistazien. Hier wird gefühlt alles aus und mit Pistazien angeboten. Neben dem Cafe, gibt es auch einen Shop mit diversen Produkten. Ich probierte dort Pistaziengranita und den Espresso Pistacchio. Wirklich sehr gut!

29/08/2024: We stopped in for pistachio gelato it was amazing we also bought pistachios liquor to take with us. Friendly staff. The had tons of pistachio flavored items to purchase.

20/08/2024: We had dinner at this restaurant during the holidays. The place is elegant, you can enjoy a spectacular view of Etna, the staff is competent and helpful but above all the food is excellent and the price is reasonable. Super recommended.

16/08/2024: It was an interesting experience. Started at the pool bar, it was very nice and the staff was excellent. We were there on a sunday. Apparently they don't have many guests on sundays, because there was no one else eating dinner but me and my husband. So we asked to sit outside to eat and it was wonderful, with stunning views. The receptionist had to be our server and she was very nice and service minded. The pasta was great. The only downsides were that the AC made a lot of noise, and the breakfast was almost nothing (not worth the 9 euros per person). But maybe the breakfast is better when there are more than three rooms booked. All in all: it was a little bit wierd when there were almost no other guests, but the staff was very friendly and made us feel very welcome!

25/11/2024: Lots of flavor and lots of Sicily in these traditional dishes made contemporary by the hand of a passionate young talented chef. Simple and welcoming environment, excellent dining staff. Wide and refined selection of local wines without being pretentious. An excellent choice for a refined but tasteful dinner.

28/08/2024: Popped in here for a drink after eating elsewhere. Great atmosphere and service: Ahmed at the bar was friendly, engaging and always happy to help. Cocktails were reasonably priced and very lovely. Would visit again and heartily recommend for a drink in the heart of Ortigia.

17/08/2024: Some earn a headline and then it stays on a sign or newspaper article. But these guys are truly, consistently capable of creating some of the best pizza in Sicily. The ingredients, the dough, the goodness of the two things are a superlative experience here on the Madonie.

27/08/2024: Takeaway pizza, the dough was quite good but the pizza was a little lacking in toppings compared to those in the area. We asked for home delivery but it wasn't possible.

27/08/2024: Location molto carina, bella la disposizione dei tavoli sulle scale a lato del vecchio cercere. Personale molto cordiale, accogliente e servizio veloce. Pizze molte buone sia come impasto che come materie prime utilizzate. Tartufo e cannoli spettacolari.
