A local pastry shop with a family atmosphere and delicious food and coffee. A touch of Italy.

Early in the morning, before taking the ferry to Favignana, we got lost in the narrow streets of Trapani and accidentally discovered Pasticceria La Rinascente. An authentic pastry shop, one of the "real" ones, where you can immediately feel the tradition: inside, we found a gentleman preparing all kinds of sweets with great care and passion, almost as if it were a workshop from another era. We had a slice of citron tart, simply delicious, balanced and fragrant, and a Sicilian cannoli that, in my opinion, was the best I'd had in the entire area: perfectly crunchy and with truly excellent ricotta. A genuine place, discovered almost by chance, absolutely worth the stop.

One word: exceptional 5-star breakfast Graffe, cannoli, tarts, and almond pastries were all delicious 😁

The desserts are simply delicious. Spectacular cannoli!

While on vacation in magnificent Trapani, on the recommendation of dear friends in the area, I had the opportunity to try the famous Trapani graffe!!!… I'm speechless!… unique and delicious…!!! The pastry shop and its owner embody tradition, professionalism, craftsmanship, and above all, passion! Seeing is believing 🙏👍🏿

Words can't express the sensations you get when you bite into a doughnut or a potato or any other sweet. Everything is sublime. Excellent quality. Addictive!!!!!

If you want to treat yourself and eat some real Sicilian pastries, stop here, special cannoli and cassatina

A wide selection of traditional pastries and biscuits, prepared in front of you. Nice owners who did not hesitate to explain about their products, of which they are understandably proud. Try the various biscotti a mandorla.

Given the very high reviews, I was a little disappointed. The cannoli were good, but I've had better. Not a huge selection. Friendly staff.
