Delicious Cannioli, very atmospheric pastry shop and very good prices, nothing more, nothing less

Let's start by saying that anyone who finds this place in the alleys of Trapani's historic center will likely be transported back at least 40 years. I call it a place suspended in time and space. It almost seems unreal. And yet, everything preserved, prepared, and offered in this treasure trove of ancient flavors and aromas is truly authentic and absolutely delicious. You eat with your eyes first, and then you decide what to choose. Everything is on display!!! Everything prepared in this laboratory/pastry shop is visible as it unfolds. Tarts, cakes (the Paradiso is exceptional), ready-to-fill puff pastries, freshly filled doughnuts with ricotta or cream, almond pastries—everything of an indescribable freshness and refined deliciousness. Visiting La Rinascente is truly a journey into the most remote corners of our memory, engaging all the senses. As for the rest... seeing is believing. The visit is worth the stroll.

Very dated, but everything is delicious

This pastry shop is a gem in the heart of Trapani's historic center. Here you can find authentic flavors of Sicilian tradition. The freshness of the desserts is evident! The graffa is sublime, the cannoli has a crunchy shell, and the ricotta is incredibly fresh. It feels like HOME. I recommend anyone in Trapani to stop by.

A traditional pastry shop, barely recognizable from the outside. Delicious cannoli. A wonderful old oven. Overall, it doesn't look very tidy. But: it's very unfortunate that tourists get ripped off here too. We paid 9 euros for two cannoli and four fig biscotti. My advice: ask about the price beforehand. Unfortunately.
