Exceptional cuisine. We were referred to this delicatessen by the residents of Castellammare del Golfo, who frequent it for its excellent traditional cuisine. Their seafood couscous is delicate and flavorful, served with a hot broth that they deliver separately. Everything is so good, it's hard to choose what to try! Congratulations! 💯

Excellent Sicilian gastronomic products

Absolutely delicious. Most locals go here for the spit-roasted chicken. If you arrive too late (after 6-7 pm), there's usually none left. As a tourist, you can really enjoy great local specialties at very reasonable prices. You can eat in or takeaway.

They're very fast, and the food is homemade. You can take it to go or eat there. Very reasonably priced.

If you want rotisserie chicken from this place, you need a strategy. While staying nearby, I reached a point in my Sicily trip where I needed a break from the copious amounts of pasta, pizza, and tomato sauce I was eating. I was on a mission to find protein. We tried twice. The first time, they were sold out. The second time, we arrived to find chickens still turning on the rotisserie, only to learn they had all been reserved. At that point, I wasn’t accepting defeat. I was determined. On day three, I called ahead and reserved a chicken for pickup. It was absolutely worth the effort. We left with a whole rotisserie chicken, roasted potatoes, french fries, eggplant Parmesan, stuffed mushrooms, and two large bottled beers. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The chicken was perfectly cooked and exactly what I had been craving. What surprised us most was the value. We ordered what felt like enough food for a small army and somehow spent only around €20. It was not only one of the most affordable meals of our trip, but also one of the most satisfying and we still had enough leftovers for lunch the next day. Wonderful food, incredible value, and friendly service. My only advice: if you have your heart set on the chicken, call ahead. Trust me on this one. *This is a takeaway place.*

Everything here is delicious, from appetizers to dessert. The cassatelle al 🍋 are excellent, the best. Must try.
