18/02/2025: First time in Palermo and I couldn't try what is typical and I relied on Google. It is not touristy, it is run by a courteous family, there is the true Sicilian essence. I tried pistachio granita for the first time in my life, I can't judge but it was good! Even the cannoli, it was my first, and the cream had such a new flavor for me it's genuine. I fell in love with orange juice, fantastic! Prices are quite touristy. The gentleman was helpful with me and I was able to charge my phone. Recommended, as it is on the streets of the centre

25/03/2025: Average restaurant, they sit me down at a table, the first thing I notice is the dirty cutlery mat. I take a glass of wine, they take the glass to the kitchen to fill it for me.... Good dessert. Where I was sitting it was so hot that I sweated the whole time also thanks to the proximity to the refrigerators that expelled a lot of hot air from below

13/04/2025: É abbastanza raro che un sabato sera in pizzeria riesca in modo così perfetto! Abbiamo prenotato un tavolo per 2 ad un orario critico, alle 21:30, e, appena arrivati, siamo stati subito accompagnati ad un tavolo molto comodo. Dopo pochissimo tempo ci è stato chiesto se gradissimo una bottiglia d'acqua e, contestualmente, abbiamo ricevuto due menù cartacei (stavamo iniziando a consultare il menù accessibile tramite codice QR). Dopo aver deciso di saltare gli antipasti, Letizia ha ordinato una norma con aggiunta di prosciutto cotto, mentre io ho scelto una capricciosa con aggiunta di salame piccante. Con nostra grande sorpresa, considerato che la sala era pienissima di clienti, dopo meno di 10 minuti abbiamo ricevuto le pizze, entrambe ben lievitate e cotte, gustose e ricche di ingredienti di ottima qualità. Abbiamo bevuto due buone birre alla spina, una rossa e una bionda (molto tendente alla wizen). Per concludere con dolcezza, ho ordinato un dessert a base di gelato alla malvasia e mandorle, accompagnato da uno shot di malvasia con piparelle: tutto davvero ottimo. Il conto è stato abbastanza economico rispetto ad altre pizzerie, e proporzionato alla qualità del servizio e del cibo. Grazie e complimenti ad una pizzeria storica, che nel tempo ha sempre cercato di migliorare ed aggiornare la propria offerta ed il proprio servizio.

30/03/2025: Sono stato invitato in questo ristorante da alcuni amici e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto sia per la qualità che per la presentazione dei piatti. Servizio ottimo, personale disponibile ed attento. Abbiamo preso piatti sia a base di carne che di pesce oltre che le pizze. Tutto molto buono. Molto apprezzate le lumache e la tartare di Scottona. Ampia scelta di vini. Ottimi anche i dolci ben presentati e di qualità.

Each course is taken care of in detail, with fresh and excellent quality ingredients. From the carefully prepared cutting boards, everything was a pleasure. The service is impeccable: the staff is attentive, courteous and always available to recommend the right combination of food and drink. The atmosphere is welcoming, perfect both for an evening with friends and for a more relaxed moment.

30/03/2025: We went to the rotisserie after relying on an Instagram video. I have to say that the mignolate are sublime. We tried various types and were immersed in all the flavors that a mignolata can offer.

14/03/2025: We reserved the tower suite for my girlfriends birthday for a weekend last year. The hotel staff was nice enough to help with the preparations, while we were eating breakfast. The tower suite itself is an amazing experience. Right at the pool. with a fantastic view. We also had the dinner in Baglio Onetos Wine Cellar. The food aswell as the wine tasting was fantastic. And the best part: Its absolutely possible to buy the wine aswell and take some bottles home for your friends and family. We were a bit surprised (and amazed) on how often our room was cleaned during the day: - When we went to the pool, our room was being cleaned. - when we went to the massage, our room was being cleaned. - when we went to breakfast, our room was being cleaned. There was not a lot too clean, but we always noticed, that we had brand new towels everywhere and that the bed was tidied. And we never saw the cleaning personnel or their equipment anywhere - so I guess its safe to say, they hire fairies. Fantastic! Overall, an excellent experience. Breakfast is buffet style and was quite good. Also you can get to get the "barkeeper" mix some smoothies for you, which taste delicious aswell.

L’attenzione ai dettagli,oltre alla buona cucina, fa la differenza. Cerco di assaggiare nuovi piatti ma i pacchetti della domenica sono super buoni e non riesco a rinunciarci! 10/04/2025: Very very tasty home-made dishes, rustic atmosphere, high prices. I was recommended the eggplant meatballs but they didn't thrill me. The cabbage salad was amazing.

06/03/2025: You feel welcomed and pampered. The menu is not very rich but this guarantees the freshness and quality of the ingredients. The dishes are traditional, with some interesting touches of originality. Yesterday, for example, I ate the dish of the day which consisted of paccheri with sausage ragù with a grating of lost orange peel: really tasty. I usually get the ricotta ravioli with pork sauce. The sauce is very good. Among the second courses I prefer sausage or strips. Finally, among the desserts, I recommend the ricotta cake with orange and chocolate flakes; otherwise, for something lighter, chocolate mousse.

03/03/2025: Un accueil chaleureux et une excellente nourriture! Une bonne découverte de la cuisine locale avec un menu varié, de bonne suggestions et un bon rapport qualité-prix. Toute la famille s'est régalée de l'entrée au dessert. Exactement l'endroit ou on voulait aller lors de notre découverte de la Sicile.
