07/04/2026: Bam Bar is definitely worth the hype! There was a queue when we arrived, but it moved surprisingly fast, so don’t let that put you off. The place itself is beautiful, with an authentic and very special design that makes it feel unique and full of character — you can really feel the charm of Taormina. The granita was incredibly fresh and flavorful, and you can taste the quality in every bite. The atmosphere is lively and fun, and it’s easy to see why it was featured in The White Lotus.

13/03/2026: The hotel itself is located in the center. Therefore, I do not advise you to go there by car - you will get tired. The center of Palermo, especially during peak hours, is something with something.. in places more complicated than Milan. (By the way, it is the TCL zone) As for the hotel - a good location for walks, pleasant service at the reception. As for the restaurant-bar service, it is better not to go there, unless you want to spoil your mood.

03/03/2026: We stopped for lunch, so we didn't eat much, but what we ordered (pasta alla Norma, parmigiana) was very good. The portions were especially generous. Definitely worth a try for dinner. Prices are reasonable.

17/11/2025: I had dinner at 3 Quarti in Taormina and was truly won over: a restaurant that works with integrity, taste, and great attention to detail. I started with a beef tartare: precisely cut, fresh meat, and just the right amount of seasoning, with a salad, cherry tomatoes, and cream that complement the dish without overpowering its flavor. For my second course, I had a meat dish with potatoes and green beans: perfectly cooked, the meat tender on the inside and beautifully browned on the outside, resting on a creamy potato base; the crispy green beans add balance and lightness. You can sense the chef's touch, attentive to the ingredients and the cooking process: linear, focused, flawless dishes. Exceptional service, relaxed atmosphere. In conclusion, 3 Quarti is a restaurant I would recommend without hesitation to anyone seeking refined, authentic cuisine in Taormina.

I ordered a pizza capricciosa, which impressed me with the quality of the ingredients and the impeccable cooking, fragrant and well-balanced. The space is spacious, with well-spaced tables that allow you to enjoy the evening in peace. The wait staff also deserves praise: friendly, attentive, and quick service. The only drawback is the parking, which isn't particularly convenient; you have to leave your car in the narrow side streets. Overall, however, an excellent choice for those who want to enjoy a good pizza, even with a group, in a welcoming setting.
