10/10/2025: Good food, nice to have a change from pizza and pasta when on holiday. However, it is expensive for what it is and the portions could be a bit more generous, considering the prices.

19/09/2025: We arrived in Levanzo around 1 PM and were looking for somewhere to buy something to eat. We ordered pane cunzato and arancini. Amazing! Highly recommended!

14/09/2025: Excellent sandwiches with bread and pizza, with a wide variety of options at a great price. The staff is friendly and helpful. Shaded benches outside with a sea view! Please note: closing time is 1:30 PM (reopens at 6 PM).

Special thanks to Mrs. Santoro, who, with her calm and professionalism, handled the preparation flawlessly, and to our maître d', Filippo, who pampered and spoiled us from start to finish. They demonstrated extraordinary management skills even when the uncertain weather threatened the celebration: they reacted promptly and creatively, ensuring every moment was perfect, without us having to worry about a thing. We couldn't have made a better choice.

16/10/2025: I don't know if the chef was missing, if the sea was rough, if they were having a bad day, or if this is just their way of doing things, but I had a terrible experience! The fish was bad, poorly presented, and not fresh. The awful appetizer (see photo) was the same as the soup they call "scomposta" (scomposta), which consists of the same fish as the appetizer, over which they pour a hot broth that seems to be made with stock cubes (nothing like the taste and preparation of a real fish soup, good and flavorful, inviting you to mop up the sauce)! The "catch" of the day (passed off by the waiter as a grouper fillet) was actually a flavorless cube of cod: nothing even close to a grouper! The exorbitant price added to the ruined evening. NEVER AGAIN I'm adding these brief notes after the restaurant's response, a response that is not only routine, but—and this is worse—doesn't dispute the facts I've stated, first and foremost, the fact that they passed off a cube of cod (frozen) as the freshly caught grouper fillet described to me by the waiter and paid for as such! This is a very serious matter and in itself describes how customers are treated in this restaurant. Not to mention the soup... which is the appetizer with broth added. NEVER AGAIN

We order 3 times because after ordering the 1st round of coffee and sandwiches, we wanted to keep trying the rest of the menu, plus not to mention that the prices are super low for the high quality. 100% recommend

The prices are so low you'll want to ask, "Excuse me, can I pay extra?" ​And if there's one thing you have to try, it's the pitone! One bite and you'll forget all your troubles. ​Even though it's not on the waterfront, its location is a steal. You can always find a seat, which, in summer, is like finding a unicorn. The shaded gazebo is a peaceful oasis where you can escape the scorching sun and recharge your batteries. ​In short: amazing products, fair prices, and an atmosphere that will make you feel at home. An experience not to be missed!

08/10/2025: We stopped here for coffee and pastries. One of the best cafes we've been to in Sicily. The waitress was friendly, smiling, and approachable. The coffee and pastries were excellent. We tried both savory and sweet ones, and they were all good. The prices were rather lower than at neighboring cafes. Being in the area, it's the best choice for coffee.

08/10/2025: A nice and clean place. Good service. Friendly staff and management. I didn't like the food. Everyone else had croissants and coffee. We had two types of frittatas and a California sandwich for breakfast. The food looks nice, but unfortunately, the taste isn't that great. The frittatas, made the morning before, are reheated and served later, which makes a significant difference in the flavor. I was very disappointed. They should also urgently install tissue paper and similar products in the restrooms. The restrooms were as poor as the food. Hygiene and taste are crucial in places like this.

21/09/2025: At a friend's suggestion, we went here for takeout lunch, which we then ate on the spot. Why? Because there's so much variety in that delicious food, so much so that we couldn't resist choosing. We had to eat something right away! 😂 Arancini, lasagna, and desserts—all absolutely delicious!!!

16/09/2025: Having been to Alcamo, we went to a well-known bar that recommended delicious arancini. Alas, either people don't know how to eat them anymore or I don't know what. Rice full of egg-yellow food coloring and then the ragù with pine nuts, with all the intolerances that exist nowadays, it's indescribable. The one with butter is very low-quality ham, and besides, we're not in Catania. The meat arancini are round, unless you make them Catanese-style. Otherwise, the presentation was excellent, but I haven't tried them.
