25/01/2026: A disappointing Saturday evening.
Let's start by saying that finding an illegal parking attendant outside wasn't pleasant at all.
The place is very welcoming, but the pizza left much to be desired: I had a "tonnata," or tuna and onion. The quality of the dough (very little leavened, making it heavy right away) and the ingredients (especially the tuna) were average to poor.
Overall, a negative experience.

01/01/2026: A memorable December 31st: we ate outside even though it was raining, warmed by blankets, the fire, and above all by the attentive staff who pampered us until the very end.
Jacqueline was an excellent hostess.
21/12/2025: What an experience ! Fantastic apetizer (sardinas fried to perfection with a simple home made mayonaise) and ensalata de bacalao with grapefruit and olives. My taste sense just exploded. Luckily there was a glass of the finest sauvignon to help getting back to earth 🙈😇. Delicious it was. Thank you very much.

14/01/2026: If you’re in Trapani, you absolutely have to try the couscous alla trapanese, the region’s specialty! It’s delicious, and this place makes it really well (I recommend having it with zuppa). They also offer a large variety of other dishes. Highly recommend!

09/01/2026: After living in Messina for many years, I hadn't had the chance to visit this pastry shop because it was far from where I lived. I went today and picked up some sweets to take to some people outside Messina. I also ordered some cannoli, which I enjoyed with my family. EXCEPTIONAL! The wafer was incredibly crumbly, and the ricotta was excellent. A renowned pastry shop in Messina, those sweets in the window are a sight to behold! I'll definitely be returning! I highly recommend it!

16/11/2025: While visiting Agira, four of us had dinner at this deli, featuring two arancini with ragù and two with mushrooms and sausage.
The arancini were enormous and delicious, well-seasoned, crispy-breaded, and HUGE! The staff was incredibly kind and friendly, and the prices were truly reasonable. We'll definitely be back. Bravo!!!

29/12/2025: I arrived at Palermo Airport late at night and stopped by! The 5-star rating made me want to go, haha.
The owners were so kind and helpful, and they made the pizza right in front of me. Wow... it was seriously delicious 🤩
They added so much buffalo cheese that it almost melted in my mouth. Haha. I had a late-night drive to Agrigento, so I planned to eat it on the way, but I devoured it right there in the car. If you're visiting Palermo, this is a must-visit!

04/04/2026: It was fantastic! We ordered mussels and fried seafood, two drinks, and a beer for only 30 euros. Although the seafood wasn't very big, it was incredibly fresh. It gave us a wonderful memory on a rainy day.

30/10/2025: Very expensive. €70 for a plate of pistachio pasta, a caprese salad that wasn't a real caprese salad, water, 1 beer and 2 coffees.
29/10/2025: Definitely the best pizza in Taormina, nothing else comes close for a long time. Extremely friendly, and a great atmosphere. Admittedly, you have to go up the stairs, under the lemon tree, but it's wonderful. Best pizza ever, and the salad and the octopus appetizer were also beautifully presented. It was almost Michelin-star quality. Fantastic, we'll definitely be back soon.

16/11/2025: Delicious food and great service. This quaint restaurant with terrace overlooking Taormina’s public gardens and located off the beaten track and away from the tourist traps. Highly recommend it to anyone who is not looking for the usual dishes found in most the restaurants. Well presented and fresh local food. 10 out of 10. Well done!
03/11/2025: A delicious dinner. Eva was such a gracious host and server, and each dish was prepared with affection and care — the octopus was perfectly cooked and I delighted in my spaghetti with gamberi. Thank you and your colleagues for the incredible hospitality and kindness!
