Impeccable service, very kind, superb pizzas, excellent main courses. Excellent breakfasts too.

The pizza was truly delicious, well-cooked and made with quality ingredients. The other dishes we saw being served at other tables also looked very inviting and beautifully presented. Beyond the quality of the food, what truly makes a restaurant special is the service, and for the most part, the experience was very positive. Almost all the waiters were extremely kind, smiling, and attentive, helping us have a truly enjoyable dinner. The only less positive note was a young waitress with braids, who unfortunately wasn't particularly friendly. Fortunately, the professionalism and kindness of the rest of the staff made up for this small inconvenience and allowed us to fully enjoy the evening. Overall, a restaurant I'd happily recommend for the quality of the food and the excellent service.

Delicious food. The service was a bit inattentive, though. I had to ask three times for the bottle of water I'd ordered, even though I'd ordered two Aperol Spritzes in the meantime, and the waiter seemed to have noticed. Otherwise, though, it was absolutely perfect.

A restaurant located in a busy business district in Palermo, with a spacious, minimalist, pop-chic setting and an informal outdoor area. Friendliness, reliability, and deliciousness are the cornerstones of this establishment, which is a true workhorse. Their cuisine is based on the open-day concept, meaning they're open and functional all day, serving from breakfast to dinner until late. Their menu features traditional and seasonal dishes, always evolving, with a commendable escalation, the result of meticulous research by the chef and the collaboration with his team. They also offer a pizza menu, featuring a wide selection, made with dough made from select flours and top-quality ingredients. The dessert menu is extensive, featuring homemade desserts—their must-haves. My personal choice, "the Apple Cake," fully satisfied my taste buds. Good wine list, with the sparkling wine section excelling. The entire staff is always available, affable, kind, polite, present, and ready to fulfill their role impeccably, even at the end of their shift. Inconsistent value for money, given the equal value given to the appetizers and the other sections. The only negative note, which diminishes the importance of the clear difference between the dishes. Returning to a restaurant you've been to before is synonymous with trust and reliability. Their atmosphere, centered on the excellent combination of food and 24-hour conviviality, elevates them to a niche venue. For this dinner, I greatly appreciated the risotto on the menu, prepared with a perfect "wave," essential precise toasting, and perfect creaming, a rare skill, little known in Palermo. So, special praise goes to the chef who created it. The dining room service was always available and attentive, despite the late hour. Always top-notch

Highly recommended: I'll definitely be back and can't wait. Today, three of us had lunch; they offered us two options from their selection of ready-made foods at the counter: a single dish or a large plate with five items of our choice. We were truly spoiled for choice. Everything was delicious. Expertly cooked: the food spoke for itself, even just by looking at it. Excellent quality of ingredients. Kudos to the staff, super friendly and professional. Congratulations for managing such a well-run business. Last but not least: the restrooms were spotless and spotless, as was the entire place, which was truly spotless.
