I visited Sikulo in Palermo and had a decent overall experience, although there were a few things that didn't entirely convince me. The restaurant is welcoming, well-maintained, and has a pleasant atmosphere, ideal for a quiet dinner. The staff is friendly and helpful, although the service seemed a bit slow at times. The food is good, with simply prepared dishes and quality ingredients. Some dishes were better than others: you can tell they put a lot of attention into the kitchen, but not everything was perfectly balanced in flavor. The portions are just right, neither too large nor too small. The prices are slightly above average, not excessive, but still a bit high compared to what you'd expect for this type of restaurant. It's not a huge problem, but it does affect the overall rating. Overall, Sikulo is a place where you can eat well and have a pleasant evening, but there are a few details that could be improved to make the experience truly excellent.

The waiters Caterina and Angela and the manager Bilel were very kind and the dishes were tasty.

The meal was offered as part of a tour; the dishes were varied, generous, and the food was very good. The service was good: quick, and the head waitress was perfect, speaking excellent French.

Very nice place that got packed full of Italian families both inside and outside. The food was very good and the service was kind and even made a special orange salad that was not on the menu just for us.
