27/01/2026: We've been to this restaurant once for lunch with friends, then on January 31st, and the experience was good, except for the last time last week. I booked through the app for the next day; we wanted to have a quiet evening and open the envelopes delivered on the 31st. We arrived, asked for the reserved table, and alas, it was right at the entrance, with people constantly coming and going, and 10 degrees outside. We sat down, took off our jackets, and studied the menu while waiting for our order. We felt a cold draft from above, coupled with the front door constantly opening; we must have had a cold! We asked for another table, but nothing was possible! We left. I think it's worth considering avoiding a table so close to the entrance and with a draft from above, especially with the low temperatures outside, out of respect for the customers. We'll consider returning.

The dishes are prepared with fresh, flavorful ingredients, beautifully presented, and authentically flavored. The atmosphere is relaxing and ideal for both a family dinner and an evening with friends. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive to every detail, making the experience truly enjoyable. Definitely a place to try and return to!

14/11/2025: Very nice place for lunch. Had classic spaghetti carbonara and it was perfect. Spaghetti vongale was also delicious. Tiramisu was also very nice.

21/03/2026: Historic pizza chef from Iglesias, a pizzeria with a very private atmosphere. The pizza is traditional without any food combinations bordering on the impossible... In short, no Americanism with the historic pizza chef and gastronome from Iglesias.

29/10/2025: We had dinner at Ayentos 10 days ago and we have to thank all the staff for their kind service, courtesy, and excellent preparation of the dishes, especially the suckling pig, which was exquisite! 10/11/2025: A delightful little but immense restaurant in the center of Alghero. A very well-kept location! The service was absolutely excellent, courteous and efficient, yet discreet. The dishes were divine... with top-quality ingredients. We tried the montanara and tuna tartare as appetizers, the chef's very special malloreddus, and also the truly spectacular lamb... The revisited seada with chocolate and orange was excellent... all washed down with excellent prosecco... SURPRISE: excellent value! Thank you so much. P.S. The background music playlist was also appreciated.

30/04/2026: A very nice restaurant. Kind staff, great pizza's and tiramisu! Strongly recommended. We paid less than 50 euros for 2 pizza's, 2 tiramisu, 0.5L of wine and a bottle of water. Genuine Italian prices (not a tourist trap).

21/03/2026: A haven of peace on stage 25/26 of the Sentiero Italia. There was no one there when we passed by, just a tap and a soothing calm. It's a magical and unmissable spot.

16/05/2026: I go there every time I'm in Palau. The owner, a "unique" character, has stepped away; his son has even taken over the kitchen. The shrimp tartare and foie gras are a must. The mixed fried fish is phenomenal... the risotto acquarello... Try it and believe it.

08/05/2026: We had a wonderful meal, the cuisine was exceptional, and you could tell there was a lot of research and quality behind every dish. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, the dishes were original, the tartare was incredible, as were the sea bream fillets. Overall, it was a culinary experience from start to finish. The staff was also always attentive, kind, and friendly.

16/10/2025: One of the best pizza I ever had. If u ever come across this village in sardinia you must eat here and meet Marcelo, the one who makes the pizza and who also has some awards at international competitions of making pizza. Great restaurant!

12/10/2025: Very tasty pizza (world-champion pizza chefs!), nice little restaurant, always busy, very friendly. Unfortunately, the other dishes are a bit inferior to the pizza (burgers, ravioli), but the pizza is definitely worth it.
