We regularly eat at Sa Ziminera when we are passing through Bolotana. The customer experience is always a real success: warm welcome, excellent food and impeccable service. It is always a real pleasure to return and be so well received by Paolo and his team. Thank you again - see you soon!

01/05/2026: Went here for our dinner, we did not stay in the hotel. The pasta and the Seasalad were really good! This is a good place to go for dinner with an awesome overlook of the town. The road to get there has a bumpy last 250 m of drive but worth it.
