01/06/2025: Nice and quiet place, nice veranda. Excellent cuisine, we had first and second courses of fish well cooked and excellent flavors. Efficient and very kind staff. I highly recommend!

31/05/2025: 50 euros for 6 pieces of cheese and 10 ravioli, literally. The service left a little to be desired; people who arrived after us were much better received and served much more quickly. Very poor value for money, in our opinion. It was good, but nothing special.

07/02/2025: Fantastic, atmospheric place and delicious cornetto with pistachio! It's worth visiting this place. The confectionery is also famous for its regional delicacy - panada. Very nice and communicative owners.

19/04/2025: L'Opificio is a truly special place, which combines authentic flavors and a warm and relaxing atmosphere. A dish that speaks for itself: rigatoni all'amatriciana is a hymn to tradition, prepared with skill and served with that home-made touch that warms the heart. The bacon is crispy just right, the sauce has a balanced sweetness and the pecorino enhances every bite with character. Perfect pasta cooking, clear and enveloping flavours. The octopus with sea asparagus and green beans was a real revelation: very tender, tasty at the right point, accompanied by fresh vegetables that enhance the dish without covering its delicacy. A perfect balance. Friendly, present but discreet service. An experience that remains in the heart... and in the taste. We will definitely be back!!!

12/06/2025: Obligatory stop at oschiri, beer, wine and panadas. The bar, in addition to being a meeting point for the town's residents and also a meeting place for tourists passing through, it will not be difficult to sit at a table with the Sardinians and listen to their stories.

25/05/2025: Panada Excellent. Friendly staff. Average prices. Too bad we arrived late and didn't eat them hot on the spot. Cooked at home. To return.

20/05/2025: We passed by during a bike tour, fantastic manager served us a mega salad, followed by local cold cuts and cheeses, it's a shame we ran out but we still remember the taste. Excellent beer and great price Advice to those passing by to stop here

26/03/2025: March 2025, super nice server, rather average or very average dishes. Now, we were the only ones eating on this Monday evening in this small town and we were very happy that it was open. A bit of a (hard)rock atmosphere (even if good music). Very good for a drink, for eating you judge.

07/06/2025: Maybe the best pizza place I’ve ever had? (It is my first Italian1) service was really good , they have English menus. The line moves really fast and all the prices if you’re confused the giant is the cost for a full (NY style;) pizza . CIAO🍕

27/05/2025: That hole in your stomach that comes from the first dive into the sea needs to be filled with a nice energizing and tasty dinner. Pizza really turns me on!!! The smell can be felt from the beginning of the street! Very good pizza, not burnt and perfectly cooked. This dream mozzarella that melts under your eyes makes all the passers-by drool. Not to mention the farinata🤩🤩🤩🤩 greasy but light, you want to eat it for breakfast too! Very kind and helpful staff!

14/05/2025: If you want a pizza/pasta place with typical food and in the heart of Alghero for a good price, this is your place. Really good pizzas at good price and variety in a beautifil narrow street. Would return.

18/05/2025: We pass in front of the place on our motorbike, we stop and ask for a table for lunch, at the moment it was not available and we are told to come back at 2pm. Before 2pm we are there, we enter the place but no one takes us into consideration, so after a few minutes we ask and finally they let us sit. We choose from the menu, I ask twice to be able to order but nothing, I get up and stop the waitress asking her for the third time to let us order otherwise we would have left. Another ten minutes pass and we see the owner (he is the only one in the place who takes orders) who comes out but does not go to our table, he goes to the table next to ours to take the order of a couple who arrived about 15 minutes ago (by now it is almost 3pm and in an hour we have not managed to order). I call the waitress to pay for the water we drank and to let her know we're leaving, she, mortified, calls the attention of the owner, who, still at the other table, asks us if we want to order, I point out to him that we arrived 45 minutes before the gentlemen he is serving, then, all annoyed, he greets us and shows us the exit and comments "I have to put up a sign to prohibit motorcyclists from entering", I point out his mistakes again and while we're leaving he insults us in dialect, too bad I'm Sardinian and I answer him in kind, perhaps the cave-dwelling troglodyte, since I'm not a wild boar/pig like him (no offense to pigs), will have thought that I wasn't, but fortunately Sardinians are not rude and uncouth like him, a character who exudes rudeness and a sense of omnipotence just by looking at him and boasts of having work experience gained I don't know where. During the hour of waiting he was candidly going around the tables chatting with the customers, those he obviously knows, instead of working! Those who don't know how to be an entrepreneur should stay at home organizing barbecues with friends, not inside a restaurant making fun of the customers because they are mistakenly convinced they know how to do a job, and the latest reviews of the restaurant fully demonstrate this! Highly not recommended, especially to biker friends who are not welcome....for the rude, or for those who want to eat a steak in at least 3 hours highly recommended!!!

14/01/2025: It's not my habit to leave reviews on the places I frequent, but this time I'm making an exception. We went to this pizzeria in December to celebrate a birthday, and after a lot of research and many closed places (it was a Monday evening) we decided to enter La Sosta, which we had never been to before. Clearly the place was a bit empty given the season, but we were really amazed by the goodness of the pizza, I think the best I've eaten in the city so far! Super generous size and seasoning, perfect cooking and extremely light and digestible! Incredibly knowledgeable pizza chef! The staff were kind and attentive, I think we will return often. A nice discovery, congratulations!!!😊
