I was in this place for the Carbonara day, I was very satisfied, good, fast food, and kind and smiling staff... I will definitely be back. :)

Italian food based on system catering - a lot in a short time. The price-performance ratio was great: a large portion of pasta with "stuff" for 2 people for just under 15 euros. We were well full afterwards. The spaghetti was delicious, the rest was unfortunately overcooked and the sauce had very poor taste. There was also something with fish in it, unfortunately soft and little. Maybe another choice would have been better. The Italians seemed happy with mussels and seafood. The tiramisu for dessert was good enough for two but at €5. Overall, it's ok, if you're looking for something special and individual, you've definitely come to the wrong place. Unfortunately, so do we.

Large and welcoming room. The staff is friendly and professional, and the food is excellent and obviously. The first courses, their strong point, can be tasted with numerous condiments in the various pasta formats (normal, fresh and fregola)... We opted for a fisherman's fregola and surprise surprise, for carbonara day and as new customers, they honored us with at least 200g of carbonara!! We completed the dinner with a dessert which, with small tastes, included all the choices on the menu. What can I say... Go and visit them, you won't regret it at all!! Personally, I will do it very soon....

Well-kept place, varied and rich menu, dishes for all tastes, courteous and fast staff. Recommended fregola alla Pescatora and “Coccola” dessert (5 mini mixed desserts 😍).

Excellent quality and quantity. Super friendly, helpful and fun waitresses. (especially Valeria since she served and looked after us for 4 hours) I recommend it to everyone and I will definitely return.

Once the cylinder is finished I call to arrange lunch, the very kind lady on the phone offers me her first courses, I order two portions of spaghetti with mussels and clams, they arrive half an hour later very hot, 3 of us eat with abundant and very tasty dishes... An adjective ? WACKY!

Very kind guys, nice atmosphere, good food, generous portions, the only flaw is the coffee because it's expensive (1.50) and not good, needs improvement

Qualità della pasta scadente. Cottura scotta, appiccicata, poco gustosa. Ricette con nomi tradizionali ma inventate. Ottimo il servizio. Antipasti cari.

Pranzo con amici. Ok le quantità sono fin troppo abbondanti ma la qualità? - Penne panna e salmone troppo secche - Spaghetti alla carbonara immangiabili, uova e guanciale crudi - Penne alla carbonara con stesso problema degli spaghetti e anche scotte 🤦 Per fortuna la pasta fresca con purpuzza davvero buona....buoni anche i dolci e gentile il personale

22/02/2024: Semplicemente eccezionale. Gusto, qualità degli ingredienti unici ed inimitabili. Poco da aggiungere, migliore pizzetta di Cagliari.
18/11/2023: No vabbè, semplicemente la migliore pizzetta che esista. Voto 10 a mani basse. 2 € la Margherita, nulla di più. Si possono tranquillamente mangiare anche 5/6 pizzette di fila senza colpo ferire. Fenomenali

La Pirata 2-la vendetta

02/10/2023: After my visit to the wonderful archaeological museum of Lipari on the castell, I discovered the restaurant Al Pirata for a summer lunch in a very quiet location on the side of the Marina Corta (the island's ancient small fishing port). A great location and probably one of the most beautiful places right by the sea, well away from the touristy places in the middle of Marina Corta. This restaurant was a very pleasant culinary surprise for me. Al Pirata scores with simple but very good cuisine that every guest understands and appreciates. These three dishes convinced me: - Polpo grill al tartufo su crema di patate allo curcuma (Pulpo maybe an idea not soft enough to be perfect!) - Linguine al ragù di totano all'eoliana. This plate tastes like a poem! - For dessert, a Semifreddo alla malvasia di Lipari with croccante di capperi. The selected house wine went well with it. The very nice stay was marred by the host that day. Signore Graciano probably didn't have his best day and unfortunately couldn't develop any real empathy with the few guests and served in a rather monosyllabic and listless manner. Graciano made a real faux pas when he took the leftover white bread from my table and threw it into the sea right in front of my eyes, where the hungry seagulls immediately pounced on it. Graciano, you have to visit the Gastronomiche Benimschule again, please. Therefore two stars deducted for the service. Otherwise, Al Pirata is a real recommendation for connoisseurs who want to dine in a beautiful ambience.
28/09/2023: A nice restaurant in the harbor. Authentic fresh food, very well seasoned. For this quality, acceptable prices.👍We raved about it for a long time. Absolutely satisfied customers.😋
