I go there every time I'm in Palau. The owner, a "unique" character, has stepped away; his son has even taken over the kitchen. The shrimp tartare and foie gras are a must. The mixed fried fish is phenomenal... the risotto acquarello... Try it and believe it.

We had a wonderful meal, the cuisine was exceptional, and you could tell there was a lot of research and quality behind every dish. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, the dishes were original, the tartare was incredible, as were the sea bream fillets. Overall, it was a culinary experience from start to finish. The staff was also always attentive, kind, and friendly.

We stumbled upon this restaurant somewhat by chance, and it was a delightful surprise, starting with the charming and attentive waiter Celeste, the deliciousness and freshness of the food, and finally the bill, which I found to be fair for the quality of the food.
A special mention goes to the "deconstructed" tiramisu, made with exquisite ladyfingers handmade by the owner's mother.
We'll definitely be back, but next time I'll want the recipe for the biscuits 😉😉

A place just around the corner from the Airbnb we rented. Overall not bad. The food and wine was very good. However, the service was a bit strange. For a tiny place like this, we had to wait for quite a bit. The impression was, that it's a family business but with poor communication. Prices are higher than in the south of the island but expected for the locality.
