Amazing gelato. Among the top 50 in Italy and has three well-deserved cones from gambero rosso. Some flavors are unique and very delicious. For example, the crema al limone and pardula (a Sardinian pastry with saffron, orange, and ricotta, if I’m not mistaken). The pistachio and hazelnut are really good as well. What really surprised me was the gianduia. I always try gianduia and think it’s boring. However, the gianduia (croccante) they make here is so good, it really changed how I think about gianduia! These are the flavors I tried: pistacchio, nocciola, crema al limone, pardula, riccote abbamele e mandorle, gianduia croccante, beurre noisette, stracciatella, arancia, and mandarino. I think we ordered like 6 times, but the lady working there was very friendly every time. I have to say, It’s very difficult to recommend a flavor here. However, I can recommend you these two combos: (1) pardula + crema al limone, and (2) pistacchio + gianduia croccante. You will enjoy at least one of these combos for sure.
