28/08/2024: Simply fantastic experience! It's not the first time in this restaurant and I must say that every time it has been a pleasant confirmation. Very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful staff, in addition to the owner and the all-round manager/chef, always ready to satisfy customer requests! Hot and cold seafood and land appetizers typical of our area. Puglia which you can see from the photos, speak for themselves! Hot bruschetta! Made at the moment! Raw seafood, very clean and the right portions. For the rest, generous portions and high quality. The only flaw is no frying, but I think that's the strong point: there's no point covering the flavor of fresh fish with frying! Grilled fish, octopus, cuttlefish and prawns are 100 thousand times better! The meat alternative is also excellent! Really good fresh shellfish pasta! A nice portion of fruit and all at the right price without exaggerating! Excellent value for money. From appetizer to dessert! Very hot and crunchy dirty muss! Only problem: reservations a little too long, everything is always booked! We waited 3 months but it was worth it! And we have already rebooked!!! Equipped with various rooms with air conditioning, it's great! Highly recommended! Congratulations to all the staff

14/08/2024: Locale carino, personale molto cordiale e simpatico. Abbiamo mangiato la pizza davvero squisita dal bordo alto. Non abbiamo aspettato molto l'arrivo delle pizze anche perché era presto. Sono rimasta entusiasta. Accesso comodo per sedie rotelle e per bambini.

01/09/2024: I had the pleasure of eating in this restaurant yesterday... even though they were closing, the owner/chef kindly let us sit down by preparing some seafood-flavored trofie that were delicious to say the least, without making us think about the time in the slightest. The girl who served us was also very kind. I absolutely recommend this restaurant for the dishes, the price and the friendliness of the staff.

25/08/2024: Absolutely avoid!!! Don't be fooled by FALSE reviews!!!! Terrible food, dirty place and without even a single health and hygiene standard respected!!! Cococola is not coke, it arrived open and looks like the kind you drink when you forget the bottle open for a week!!! The pasta was overcooked and tasted like nothing, it must have been tomatoes but you can't understand what they were!!! At the end of this prelude to horrible things we ask for a bill which was basically a total issued by the owner verbally without a receipt or anything else!!! HORRIBLE from the first moment to the last!!!

19/08/2024: A place well stocked with all types of meat, even for those with allergies. Regarding that food I must say very good, only for the service which is a bit slow. High quality meat, for what I got I didn't pay much. I took 3 bottles of water, a tartare, 3 steaks, 3 desserts, baked potatoes, and a platter of cold cuts. Very nice environment. Kind service

All the dining room staff were good, competent and professional, good in the kitchen we ate divinely, good also in the bill which has an excellent quality/price ratio! Highly recommended!

06/08/2024: Sunday lunch for couples. The restaurant is located in the center of Trani. The place is very beautiful and well looked after; the friendly and competent staff; the food really good!! We had the fixed menu which included 3 starters to choose from among those proposed, two samples of first course chosen from those proposed, a second course each, sorbet, dessert, coffee and bitters. Drinks included!! We will definitely be back😊😊😊😊

18/08/2024: Walking through the streets of Trani on a warm summer evening, we stopped for dinner in this bistro. We were pleasantly enchanted by this place due to its uniqueness. Maurizio the owner is exquisitely kind. The dishes are prepared with attention and care. The Caramel Bistrot really won us over. I hope to return soon, in the meantime a warm greeting from Naples!.

11/08/2024: Honestly exceptional! There are two types of restaurants: tourist traps, good restaurants and Maurizio's place is part of a 3rd: the exceptional! It's ultra typical, it's unlike anything else at Trani, it's super good and everything is done with meaning! Very very good wines, super affordable prices and unique atmosphere. Special mention for the maurizio pasta: whatever the recipe of the day, go for it with your eyes closed!

16/08/2024: Ultima sera a Trani non poteva finire meglio di così. Risotti spettacolari e servizio eccellente. Si vede ma soprattutto si sente nei piatti la passione di chi sta in cucina.

28/07/2024: Trouvé par hasard sur internet, nous sommes tombé sur un des meilleurs restaurants d'Italie. Une cuisine traditionnelle très légèrement revisitée. Des produits de première qualité et des quantités généreuses. Un prix respectable (seule surprise : le pain et couverts à 3 euros) Un service impeccable mais sans chichi; on se sent à l'aise du début à la fin. A faire impérativement si vous visiter la région!!!
