22/02/2025: On the evening of February 21st I was with my wife in this restaurant and I must say that in a country where catering abounds but excellence is a rare commodity, this Italian-Spanish restaurant stands out for its authenticity and for the care with which it brings each dish to the table. The cuisine is technically well executed, a sign of an expert and aware hand, which knows how to enhance quality raw materials without unnecessary artifices. The menu celebrates the meeting between Italy and Spain with dishes that convince in terms of balance and taste, without slipping into fashionable excesses or creative forcing. From Italian and Spanish products to the classics of Mediterranean cuisine, everything is made with precision and respect for the raw material. The cellar is well stocked and offers an intelligent selection of wines, with labels ranging from the national territory and a good representation of bottles from international wineries, perfect to accompany the chef's proposals. The environment is welcoming, never pretentious, with an atmosphere that invites you to relax and enjoy the gastronomic experience. The service is attentive, present without being intrusive, a sign of sincere and well-calibrated hospitality. Finally, I understand the choice to maintain an accessible price range, but as customers we must also learn to appreciate the sacrifice behind such work. Offering quality at low costs is not easy, and perhaps we should be more aware of the value of the work and food that goes into a dish. One of the Andriesi restaurants that deserves attention and support, a little jewel for those who love good food, well done, continue like this and with the same humility you have shown, be a little more ambitious because you can afford it.

28/01/2025: The restaurant housed in an ancient white stone church and the fine furnishings make the environment very elegant. I gladly returned, even if this last time the kitchen had some defects. I don't understand why the service is so neglected (waiters serving from left and right, men and women without orders, with such difficulty replacing one bottle of wine, among many, that came out badly): a place costing over €150 per head shouldn't have certain flaws. Overall the opinion is good, but I will return in the hope that it was an isolated episode

I give 1 star to the service because honestly being insulted for no reason by the "altered" waiter bringing pizzas was not to our liking. GIVE HIM A FEW MORE DAYS OF REST. Above all because turning rudely towards a woman just because she was confused about the pizza ordered undermines the professional ethics of the place.

23/02/2025: Quiet and very clean environment, staff trained to explain what you ordered, waiting times were normal despite the place being full but above all we appreciated the food: excellent pizzas (4 types of dough to choose from), the gluten-free pizza and panzerotto doughs, according to my celiac friend, among the best I've ever eaten because they were soft and well blended. Highly recommended.

13/03/2025: An excellent surprise, this restaurant/pizzeria located at the southern entrance of the SS.16 of Bisceglie. A beautiful location, excellent food, excellent pizzas, among the best I've ever eaten. The service is in the right time, neither long nor very fast, as it should be. Friendly, professional staff. Needless to say, promoted and recommended.
