Pesto di Pistacchio In Trani

I was here for the fixed menu Easter Monday lunch, but I promised myself I would return and try the à la carte menu. From what I could taste, the Easter Monday menu was particular and refined, perhaps a little less so for the second course (the capers were really too salty) and the dessert (a cake made with carrot and tasteless cream). I expected something more from the service, the waitress didn't present the dishes as another waiter did, and they didn't stop to talk to us despite having visibly openly done so with other guests

We had a pretty good time... I honestly found the dishes too elaborate, at high prices (rightly so, because they comply with all those preparations). But honestly I would have preferred something a little less elaborate, accessible to all budgets, in order to bring more people closer to the vegan world. Still good

We ended up in here trying to find another restaurant as we got lost. Looking from the outside it looked nice, and checking out the reviews - it was good. Though as we sat down and I kept reading, I noticed it was vegan. I kind of ended up getting scared as I traveled with family and they weren't keen on vegan food. Thinking further, I ended up ordering tacos and the pistachio pesto spaghetti - and they were divine. Thanks to Pesto di Pistacchio, I can actually walk into some vegan restaurants with my parents as they really find the choices delicious. I would definitely recommend, and would totally come back if i am in Trani.

What a wonderful surprise! The food was fabulous, the staff helpful and friendly. In our group of four one person is a vegetarian and one person is celiac and we have found that vegan restaurants of this quality make everyone happy. Highly recommend if you are in Trani.

Premetto che io e mio marito non siamo vegani, ma oggi abbiamo deciso di provare. La verità è che è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Il cibo era veramente buono, gustoso e di prima qualità. I dolci erano spettacolari. L'attesa tra un piatto e l'altro è stata un po' lunga, ma accettabile, suppongo perché sia stato preparato tutto al momento, ma ne è valsa la pena. Il proprietario ci ha fatto sentire a casa, così come i camerieri, e ci ha già spoilerato il menù invernale, sicuramente sarà da provare.

Siamo stati a pranzo in questo ristorante esclusivamente vegano, dico esclusivamente perché noi non avevamo capito che era esclusivamente vegano (poco chiaro su trip, e non specificato al nostro arrivo), non siamo del posto! Ci siamo accomodati in veranda, dotata di ventilatori, poiché essendo soleggiata risultava molto calda. A lungo andare però il ventilatore puntato addosso non era molto piacevole. Abbiamo ordinato un crocchettone come antipasto, dopodiché abbiamo proseguito con un primo al pesto di pistacchio (non mi ha entusiasmato) e l’altro primo al pesto di basilico e patate croccanti (veramente buono), il tutto accompagnato da un buon vino. Abbiamo finito il nostro pranzo con un brownies al cioccolato. Le porzioni erano abbondanti. Molto gentile e paziente la ragazza in sala. Rapporto qualità prezzo ok. È stato un pranzo piacevole ma non ci ritornerei.
