10/08/2024: I was headed to Monopoli and by chance I stopped at this restaurant. An amazing discovery. The staff is very courteous and the food is spectacular. Certainly a place where you can eat good, true Apulian cuisine. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!!!!!

We will definitely be back, it's a shame that we live in Friuli😅 but we'll definitely go next holiday!!!

17/08/2024: I was happy to book to return after a long time, but I didn't have the same pleasant previous experiences. I was a little disappointed, but maybe this review can be useful to improve. Good pizza and platters, but not at the previous levels and the fame that this place has built over time. It's a shame it has declined a bit, the food was a real journey through our territory. Quality of service for seating needs to be reviewed. In summer, the settings are only outside at the back, and they are a lottery. If you get tables on the pavement you are a bit unlucky, you sit on a slope and they are uncomfortable. The tables for 2-4 people are a bit narrow. Little privacy towards passers-by.

My wife and I decided to go to the restaurant on the day indicated above, I hadn't been there for a long time, I must repeat myself, they reconfirmed themselves in everything, quality, professionalism, competence, recommended and to be returned with pleasure.

16/08/2024: Refined quiet place. Courteous owners who pay attention to intolerances. Excellent quality food. All courses were excellent. I highly recommend it.

14/08/2024: A good welcome. The service is attentive and the managers are pleasant. The wine is good with a varied choice. but the overall experience is a bit disappointing. Of the 4 dishes we did not choose a single one. The shrimp carpaccio was good but lacked freshness (good quality but not cold enough). The pasta lacked flavor and the whole thing was a little bland. The fish dish did not go well with the spinach and sauce. We still had a good time but coming from Brittany we were a little disappointed by the flavors. The presentation is intended to be rather gastronomic but the promises are not there.

24/08/2024: I spent the evening of my birthday, Wednesday 29 May, at Cibio. The environment is pleasant, with soft lights and a relaxing atmosphere. The patient and smiling service! The fried vegetables were accompanied by a delicious vegan mayonnaise that has nothing to envy of the classic one. The beetroot ravioli with crispy bacon and asparagus was so good that I tried to make it at home. Recommended ❤️

06/07/2024: After the third experience at "Cibio" a review is urgently needed. Excellent restaurant. Quiet and welcoming environment, extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind and helpful staff. Dishes which, just by looking at them, tell of careful preparation, from the presentation of the dish to the refined and balanced flavours. Everything was delicious and plentiful at the right point, from the starter to the dessert. Highly recommended.

22/07/2024: Consiglio questo posto per mangiare ottima carne, abbiamo preso una grigliata mista davvero buona! Locale con tavoli anche all’aperto, atmosfera tranquilla, perfetto per andare in coppia o con amici. Ottimo vino.

21/05/2024: C’è la trattoria alla moda, finta, ove mangiare più o meno come una volta; ma c'è anche la "vera" trattoria, dove il tempo pare essersi fermato e dove, varcando la soglia cigolante di un ingresso antico, pare di entrare in una macchina del tempo e finire in un'altra epoca... questo è l'effetto che fa la Trattoria del cerriglio, ex osteria, dove tutto sembra essere cristallizzato ad un secolo fa. Amatissimo e conosciutissimo in città, il nonno titolare, oste come quelli di una volta, che gestiva l'osteria di famiglia nata nel 1864, ha lasciato la sua eredità morale alla figlia e alla di lei figlia, che continuano oggi a gestire questa piccolissima trattoria come se nulla fosse cambiato da allora. L'aria, gli arredi, i colori, tutto è proprio d'epoca: solo il sorriso della titolare e della figlia sono nuovi e sinceri, come ciò che la casa propone. Pochi piatti, semplici e genuini, niente fronzoli, pulizia e ordine a farla da padrone. Che meraviglia... aggiungete un costo giusto, non troppo basso perché la qualità ha i suoi costi, e uscirete dalla macchina del tempo con un sorriso sulle labbra, un lieve stordimento per l'esperienza vissuta e tanta, tanta voglia di ritornarci. Grazie, davvero grazie di esistere!

25/07/2024: Siamo capitati in questo ristorante in una trasferta di lavoro trovato tramite tripadvisor e siamo rimasti molto contenti buoni i frutti di mare un po’ salato il carpaccio servito sulla lastra di sale ma nel complesso tutto buonissimo
