26/04/2026: I went on a Saturday, aware they weren't taking reservations. Once I arrived, I approached a member of staff, giving her my last name so she could put me on the waiting list, and she told me to wait 20 minutes. After waiting an hour, I asked her if it was much longer, and she said, "I already called you a long time ago." I reiterated that I had waited an hour, standing right next to her. Given this mistake, I would have appreciated a simple mea culpa and a little kindness; after all, to err is human (I could easily have been in her place). But no, fortunately, after five minutes a table became available. Excellent service, above-average pizza. Sorry for the initial mix-up.

10/04/2026: On our way back from Salento to Rome, we had the pleasure of enjoying Easter Monday lunch at the refined Rinelli restaurant. The excellent and varied à la carte menu features local and fresh Adriatic seafood specialties, presented in full view, offering a wealth of choices. The service was first-rate, professional, and impeccable, thanks to the attentive supervision and exquisite kindness of maître d' Angelo and the special, gracious welcome of owner Cosimo. An authentic and sincere culinary experience that exalts flavor and tradition, definitely worth a try!

06/06/2026: LOGISTICS: We booked for 10:30 PM. We sat down at 11:20 PM, it's now 12:23 AM and nothing has arrived yet: that says it all. Everything else is handmade: from the taralli (which I highly doubt since I've tried identical ones from supermarket bags and the bakery down the street) to the focaccia (not bad), to the grandmother's hand-embroidered tablecloths, to the very lager beer. Our request for two extra seats wasn't well received, and the service was rude. FOOD: The pizzas are excellent, with a fairly wide and original selection (even though the Margherita is THE pizza par excellence). The dough is homemade and easy to digest. BILL: Honest and quite fair. Finally, a place that charges a €2.50 cover charge but tries to make up for it in a friendly way. All things considered, the food was excellent, while organizationally and logisticalally, we finished dinner after 1:00 a.m. (with one guest still finishing their pizza). On a positive note, we were offered an excellent artisanal limoncello to round off the evening in the best possible way.

The appetizers are excellent and varied (I recommend the cod croquettes), and they offer a variety of first courses and pizzas, from classic to more unique. The service is welcoming and warm. If you want to try carefully prepared and varied cuisine, this is the perfect place! Highly recommended.

19/05/2026: We had a pucce and a palta in Mania di Pizza, and both were very tasty, especially the pucce, which had porchetta as filling inside. The people working here are super helpful and friendly! The place is very authentic and overall a great option if you want to try out something from the typical cuisine of the region! I definitely recommend this place :))

06/05/2026: There were two of us at this restaurant. I had risotto with asparagus and shrimp and a hint of coffee (it was present, but not present). The risotto was well-made, but my wife had troccoli with mantis shrimp and clams. The dish wasn't presented in the best possible way, with lots of clam shells. For the main course, a good fried fish dish. The tiramisu for dessert wasn't the best, due to the watered-down coffee and the creamy sauce that wasn't particularly flavorful. The price was average, and the local sparkling wine was good.
