26/11/2025: I give only one star to the service because even though I didn't taste their dishes, I was treated badly by the owner (I think)

30/11/2025: I discovered this place and went there two Sundays in a row. All the pastries and savory items were excellent, especially the focaccia, which was amazing. It would be hard to mistake it for gluten if it weren't a completely gluten-free place.
It will be our regular stop every time we go to Bari.
Highly recommended 💯
29/11/2025: Focaccia barese, panzerotti, pastries, and much more, all gluten-free, both for takeout and dine-in, and excellent quality. Given the popularity, they should increase the number of tables so dine-in can be accommodated.

03/10/2025: A la carte sushi in Bari. A very nice place that clearly stands out from the competition. A large number of chefs and waiters make the service quite fast. Despite the large availability of tables, it is best to reserve. The quality of the dishes is unquestionable... you can taste all the ingredients that go into the dish. The rice that makes up the rolls arrives still warm, a sign that the product has just been prepared. Very satisfied, the thing that won me over most was the salmon sashimi, it melted in my mouth, the quality of the fish superior to all other restaurants. The rolls are very unique and fusion.

Ennio and Annamaria combine kindness, hospitality, and a disarmingly cheerful and family atmosphere. A perfect recipe that allows me to feel at home every morning, despite the sea separating me from my homeland.

03/11/2025: I went to this historic pizzeria on the recommendation of a friend because I like to eat in different places (pubs, pizzerias, restaurants, etc.) and I ordered a sausage pizza. The pizza base was decent, but the quality of the mozzarella, in particular, didn't meet my expectations. I did, however, like the location.

19/10/2025: An old-fashioned place, with a paper menu, and no pretense of being anything other than what it is: a place with a simple atmosphere where you can enjoy excellent pizza, and friendly staff. Prices are well within the average range, and dessert is very kindly provided on the house.

16/09/2025: We enjoyed an outstanding 7 course tasting menu of Puglian dishes at this Michelin one-star restaurant. We could feel the love of Puglian produce and dishes in every bite. We also enjoyed the wine pairing with regional Puglian wines. The restaurant is located on a beautiful property, Masseria Mancini. The drive there from Bari was lovely and I wished I could see more in daylight. The service and atmosphere were outstanding. It was a lovely, lovely meal. Highly recommend.
28/08/2025: Of all the fine dining experiences I've had to date, this is undoubtedly the best. At Pashà, I found not only delicious food, but also attentive service and friendly, approachable staff. The tasting menu is incredible: I tasted the flavors of Puglia, but underneath, greeting me from afar like a silent old friend, were also the flavors of my homeland, Sicily, which is also the birthplace of the brilliant chef.
One Michelin star is truly too few: you deserve the second without batting an eyelid. Keep going, and thank you for everything ❤️

14/11/2025: The dishes always arrive surprisingly quickly. Everything is incredibly fresh and delicious, and the harbor setting adds a unique charm you won't find elsewhere.
The portions aren't overwhelming, which allows you to try many different dishes—and that's exactly what makes the experience so fun every time ❤️❤️❤️
08/11/2025: Excellent value for money. First course: fusilli pasta, shrimp, mushrooms, and delicious arugula pesto. The sauce was sublime.

09/08/2025: Fantastic Restaurant. I recommend not getting the sandwiches even though they are delivious. But they are also quite filling. I would recommend to try out many of the smaller dishes. The fish had a great taste and consistency. The host was really friendly and the whole vibe of the restaurant was great. For the great quality prices are actually really affordable.
02/07/2025: Good restaurant a few steps from Bari, in the town of Casamassima, a nice restaurant with excellent and tasty food, interesting octopus sandwiches, friendly staff and reasonable prices.

17/12/2025: Excellent and plentiful first courses, the rest were average.
09/12/2025: We arrived at around 8:00 PM without a reservation, and the owner told us there were no free tables, but offered us one immediately, assuming it was free by 9:00 PM. We accepted, and less than 15 minutes later, our order arrived. Excellent pizza, prepared in the Apulian style: thin, golden (not burned), and slightly crispy, with generous toppings. The price paid for two pizzas, two beers, and a bottle of mineral water with two covers was €25. Very fair prices, lower than the local average, but above all, the service was quick (order and table service) and the customer service was attentive. A truly wonderful discovery. I recommend this place to everyone, which also has a very spacious private parking lot.
