Exceptional, unique place of its kind in Bari, very refined, very friendly staff, very high quality dishes, highly recommended!

The quality of the rice is not the best, in fish dishes the flavor is covered by lime and tamarind.

Excellent combination of non-trivial cocktails and excellent quality sushi, very enjoyable and bright environment, friendly and helpful staff. The 5 star when the caciotta cocktail returns... I miss it.

Despite a big delay due to parking (the only flaw of a Saturday night in Bari), they managed to find a solution! The place is welcoming and well-kept, with a tropical atmosphere enriched with Japanese touches. The food is of high quality, with creative and well-presented dishes offering a unique dining experience. The service is quick and the staff courteous and attentive. A wonderful experience! But I advise you to book, the place is always full on weekends!

Impeccable professionalism of the staff, classy sommelier, if I could I would gladly give 6 stars. The combinations of the dishes are refined and the quality is not lacking. The dishes are sometimes accompanied by explanations on how to eat it, I appreciated. The only sore point was the music was a little loud but nothing too annoying. For being the first experience it was excellent, small discount appreciated, I will be back. (I recommend the truffle ravioli, carbonara bao and roll with truffle and fried green beans)

Fantastic experience in this place of the Hagakure chain. I recommend not limiting yourself to just choosing from the sushi menu, but trying the selection of hot dishes which are truly exquisite. Young, courteous and truly helpful service. Price in line with the quality.

Superlative experience, every bite was an explosion of flavours, and the service was attentive and fast despite it being a very busy evening, I will definitely be back soon.

Locale piccolino ma ben sistemato, arredato in stile tropicale con molti dettagli giappo come i sakadaru (contenitori tradizionali di sake). Qualità del posto impeccabile, si sente la freschezza delle materie prime utilizzate. I piatti sono molto particolari, ben presentati e realizzati con abbinamenti indubbiamente studiati per creare sapori unici, con alcuni ingredienti che non avevo mai neanche sentito e che ho provato qui per la prima volta come lo shiso, il pani puri ecc. Nel complesso, un’esperienza culinaria ottima, un mix tra un viaggio ai tropici e un ritorno in Giappone. Unica pecca, considerata la quantità di piatti e soprattutto di ingredienti insoliti, personalmente avrei preferito un menu accompagnato dalle illustrazioni dei piatti in modo da farmi un’idea di ciò che stavo ordinando, invece essendoci solo il nome del piatto con l’elenco degli ingredienti sono andata un po’ alla cieca e questo mi ha portato a prendere un piatto che immaginavo completamente diverso. Un’anteprima mi avrebbe sicuramente permesso di orientarmi meglio sulla scelta. Per il resto, oltre al conto un po’ troppo salato, tutto perfetto. Servizio veloce, personale disponibile e gentile. PS: Per gli amanti dello spicy consiglio la loro salsa, piccante e leggermente affumicata, la adoro!
