Very tasty special rolls, we highly liked the Uni Royal Roll, the Viaggio tra Messico e Giappone roll, the Rainbow Fatty Roll, and the Salmon Shiso e Wasabi Roll. Very original mixes in tastes. However, pieces are a bit small.

True fusion of the highest quality

Perhaps the best restaurant for excellent sushi (obviously not all-you-can-eat) and fusion dishes! The staff is professional and attentive to their guests' needs. Refined dishes and a constantly updated menu, complemented by an excellent wine list and truly excellent American bar service! The desserts are also worth trying!!🍮

The staff are always kind and friendly. We went as a couple and relied on the restaurant manager to help us choose our dishes. All the dishes we ordered were explained to us. A pleasure to return to. Highly recommended.

Hagakure Noh Samba is always a discovery. There are so many new flavors to try... dishes perfectly paired and presented. A feast for the eyes and the palate. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The music is a bit loud, but overall the place is colorful and cheerful. I've been twice, once with my 7-year-old daughter... and we'll definitely be back. The price is reasonable, high but still meets expectations. See you next time!

I've been to Hagakure Noh Samba and was really satisfied! The nigiri and rolls are delicious, prepared with ingredients that are well-balanced in flavor and beautifully presented. I definitely recommend trying the dishes, too; they're really well-made. The tacos and black cod dumplings are definitely worth trying. A pleasant place and a super positive experience. I've been there twice and had a great time. I always make reservations. It's a nice, spacious place because there aren't too many tables, very well-kept, and well-attended. I drank the best cocktail ever, but as for the food, aside from a few original dishes, I expected something more! The quality wasn't exceptional, even for an à la carte restaurant! It goes without saying that the prices, in my opinion, were a bit high, but overall it's a good place! A tip for the girl at the cashier: a smile and a little empathy don't hurt every now and then, especially when dealing with the public. 😉
