11/10/2025: The food was okay, but the foccacia was hard. It was in a nice location, and the prices were quite reasonable. Be careful when paying by card, though. We paid and the lady asked us to pay again without a receipt. We were only surprised when the manager canceled the payment on his payment terminal. It was probably a fraud attempt.

27/09/2025: Perfect place for an aperitivo after wandering the streets of Alberobello. It's pricier here, given the location. Sitting right in front of some trulli and people watching. Service is fine, with the bar serving some strong Aperol spritz. Grabbed some mini panzerotti to pick at. Overall, an enjoyable stop in the historic part of Alberobello.

12/05/2025: Siamo stati a cena in questo posto (4 adulti) e subito dopo la cena siamo stati malissimo tutti e 4, con crampi addominali e dissenteria. Mai più!

08/05/2025: Abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare ben due volte in questa braceria dove mi preme sottolineare la simpatia e disponibilità di Alessandro in macelleria e Paola in sala . Tutto buonissimo dalla qualità della carne alle ottime patate e condimenti. Che dire tutto perfetto,complimenti a tutti .Ad maiora!!

26/10/2025: Poke Roll has become truly disappointing. To make more money, they started cutting everything into tiny cubes—salmon, carrot, cucumber… all the same, tasteless and careless. It used to be one of our favorite places, we'd go often with friends and family, but now the quality has plummeted while the prices have skyrocketed. It's a real shame: from a trusted place to a complete disappointment.

25/10/2025: Prices are much higher than other poke restaurants. Many of the ingredients are sold separately (a good 80% of the protein). Even the forks are sold separately. Even the soy sauce packet is sold separately. The cashier staff should be trained (they didn't know what Edenred was, even though the logo was on the door and the cash register. Therefore, I couldn't use the meal vouchers.

16/10/2025: A rustic, quiet place with a truly good selection of meats. I've been going there for years with a small group of friends and we're always satisfied. I recommend it.

17/08/2025: The service was quite slow and disorganized. The side dishes came before the meat. The giblet rolls were a bit overcooked, but the sausage was good. The cook was rude and rude. The rest of the waiters, however, were helpful, as was the butcher. The steak was good.

08/12/2025: I won't be back. Staff is either insufficient or simply unprofessional. Sometimes they prefer to watch the game and bring you a beer after it's over, blaming you for it. I'd say avoid them on busy days, as they can easily get confused, despite the place being tiny and naturally cramped with so many tables. So, there's a risk they won't serve you for two hours, like what happened to me. Then, when you ask them to clear away a plate of nachos, they tell you, "It's already cooked." It didn't make much sense to sit down at 9 PM and be served drinks at 10:30 PM and a plate of chips at 11:30 PM. I spoke to the owner directly and told him to check the video better, and trust me, I personally asked for that beer before even sitting down and several times during the game. Dear owner, who cares about the reputation of the place in the Google comments section or about the management from the CCTV footage, the work of others is respected, especially in the restaurant industry, which is perhaps one of the hardest of all. But when you also have respect for the fair criticism you deserve, given that you are offering a restaurant service and I'm not paying the price of a movie ticket. In fact, at the cinema, when you go to the counter, they give you the beer, they don't answer you, wait a few minutes. However, leaving aside the rest (like the unexplained error in the bill, which I asked the lady at the cashier, who simply replied very rudely, something about if you sit in a restaurant without looking at the price, it's not her problem if I can't pay, hahaha, without explaining the extra €15), I advise customers to save money and do as I did. At the end of the first half, I got it from the vending machines across the street. Maybe it can be seen better in the video, and let me know.

25/10/2025: A quiet place, excellent for its concept. The food and table service could be improved, but are decent. The beer selection could also be expanded. The PlayStation/board game rental service is excellent, with a wide selection of board games. Reservations are almost mandatory.

07/11/2025: Hi, we received an invitation to this place. I can say it exceeded all expectations. I have to say it was very interesting. I think it's a very welcoming place, and above all, I have to say the food was excellent. I highly recommend it.

24/07/2025: Al Ragno d’Oro il tempo si ferma con grazia, come in una fotografia in bianco e nero che non ha mai perso colore. Entrarci è come aprire un libro antico che profuma di crema e di caffè. L’atmosfera è quella dei racconti: legni lucidi, piccoli dettagli curati, e una quiete che accoglie senza rumore. Il gelato – un miracolo di bellezza – commuove per forma e sostanza, una carezza al palato. Il caffè, perfetto: corposo, equilibrato, mai acido, mai invadente. Solo buono. E poi la pasticceria: una selezione pensata con amore. Tra tutte, un cornetto speciale – impasto ai cereali e carota, ripieno di crema all’arancia – che profuma di mattine luminose e di panettieri che sanno ascoltare la farina. Il Ragno d’Oro non è solo un bar, è una piccola stanza della memoria, dove ogni cosa ha il tempo giusto, e ogni sapore ha il suo racconto.

01/07/2025: Abbiamo chiesto un aperitivo, senza bevande alcoliche (solo acqua frizzante) , 2 portate di cui 1 bocconcino di polpo e 3 micro varietà di assaggini chiamati "tapas" (di cui uno immangiabile, perché salatissimo) + 1 caffè. Totale euro 50 per 2 persone. Improponibile. Non ci torneremo e non lo consglieremo.

26/10/2025: I have never eaten so badly in a farmhouse, the menu service was indecent, there was no second helping, the cake was a stone to eat.

22/11/2025: Terrible, one of the worst places in Bari... in the cavatelli we found a hair.... quite disappointing food and who should come anymore 🤣🤣🤣🤣 25 euros for a few appetizers and a small taste of the chef with hair🤣🤣🤣🤣

14/10/2025: EVERY TIME WE TOOK A TRAIN FROM BARI CENTRALE, TO MOLFETTA, OSTUNI, TARANTO, ETC. DURING OUR STAY AT A AIRNB IN FRONT OF PIAZZA MORO. I DRANK AN EXQUISITE CARAMEL ICED COFFEE & A CORNUTTO FILLED WITH VANILLA CREAM . THE SALES PEOPLE WERE FRIENDLY & UNDERSTOOD ENGLISH. WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER THIS COFFEE HOUSE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

12/10/2025: I got a Leccese Rustico to go while waiting for the regional train. SUPER good RUSTIC, delicious and flavorful. I wanted a pasticciotto, but they were sold out, but it was fine anyway!

12/10/2025: First and last time at this place, a true monument to the absurd. We ordered four main courses to share: the peppered mussels, the fried fish, the swordfish, and two very sad red mullets, all counted on a nondescript plate, all served in the center of the table. The mussels were dirty and disgusting, the swordfish burned and extremely salty, and the fried fish as hard as shoe soles. Even the glasses looked like they'd never been washed. I tried to report the problem to the waiter, who rudely replied that he couldn't serve at the table because... surprise! We'd sat at the self-service table. Translation: €170 spent thoughtlessly, only for terrible dishes served carelessly. To make matters worse, a somewhat absent-minded and rude old lady at the cash register saw fit to intimidate us, insinuating that we hadn't cleared the table the previous time. Absurd, offensive, and surreal. If you're looking for a culinary experience, you'll find it only in your worst nightmares: inedible food, ridiculous dishes, exorbitant prices, dirty glasses, and arrogant, incompetent staff. Do yourself a favor: run away and never set foot in this place.

01/10/2025: The fish is fresh and delicious, the only flaw is that there's no side dish. I mean lemon or some sauce on the side, accompanied by fries.

15/10/2025: A seriously unpleasant experience. Grumpy and unhelpful staff. Must have had a bad day…all of them!

09/10/2025: Tourist prices… It's not possible to order a small ice cream at the table. A cappuccino costs €1.90, but there's a €1 service charge per person. So, in the end, you end up paying €2.90. The service isn't particularly friendly either.

06/11/2025: Can you pay €8.40 for a coffee and two ginsengs? I didn't know I was in Milan... and in a place with loud music where you can't even talk in peace and people making a racket... I hope you close up shop soon.

19/11/2025: I wouldn't recommend it to anyone because I ordered the €12 menu, which includes cured meats, Ciccio, potatoes, a drink, pizza, and dessert or limoncello. I was charged a supplement for the drink, as they told me the lemon beer wasn't included on the menu. My friend, in addition to paying the €12 menu, also received a €6 supplement for the gluten-free pizza base.

02/11/2025: Excellent pizzeria. For me, as a Neapolitan, this is the best Bari-style pizza, without a doubt. The atmosphere is informal; the place isn't huge, so reservations are required. However, the staff is always helpful and friendly and will do their best to please everyone. The menus are excellent, starting with appetizers and ending with desserts and amaro, with a choice of pizzas. The waiters are skilled and very polite, and the oven/kitchen area is always bustling with people working at a rapid pace. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
