The service is terrific and the atmosphere is welcoming, even with the new dining room, which is meticulously designed and spotlessly clean. The owner, Michele, is dedicated to his work and meticulous. After a bike ride, a stop at Sapè is a must. The pizza is top-notch, with well-risen dough. Delivery is also quick, and the pizza arrives piping hot, even on Saturdays. The cashiers are friendly and diligent.

We discovered this pizzeria almost by chance, after a bike race. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The pizza is truly excellent and the ingredients are fresh. In my opinion, it's the best pizzeria in the area. The girl serving this evening was really good at recommending the new pizzas. I highly recommend it!

ONE OF THE BEST PIZZERIAS IN THE AREA. WE WERE INVITED TO A BIRTHDAY CELEBRATED IN THE NEW, WELCOMING ROOM. THE STAFF WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL, THE GIRLS SMILED, AND THE PIZZA HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. MICHELE, THE OWNER, WAS AVAILABLE FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE EVENING AND ATTENTIVE TO DETAIL. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. WE WILL DEFINITELY SEE YOU AGAIN.

05/07/2026: The pasticciotto was top-notch, the coffee wasn't the best...but the service was definitely the best! The staff were qualified, friendly, and professional!
05/07/2026: One of the frozen coffees they offer contains coffee, gelato, cookies, and chopped hazelnuts. The cup contained everything except the coffee. I alerted one of the waiters, but despite the obvious, he replied, "It's not really the coffee; they put a small cup of it." Everything was there except the cup of coffee. If it had been a teaspoon of coffee, I would have understood, but a small cup of coffee in a 150 ml cup would have been visible, and the flavor of the coffee would have been noticeable. Other than that, the place is okay.

11/04/2026: Good ice cream... but the price is too high. €4 for a two-flavor ice cream in a waffle cone.
10/04/2026: A small group of friends, after lunch at a restaurant in Bari, asked for nothing better than a delicious gelato after a nice coffee. This is definitely the place to be. The gelato is good, but the whipped cream is truly superb. It's very similar to the flavor of old-fashioned whipped cream. What's missing is a few more smiles from the waiters because, as we all know, coffee and gelato are just an excuse to enjoy some fun.
